I wish this mod came in parts, For example: I just want the generators, None of the other funny business it includes
You can customize it and turn everything else off via the configs. I did the opposite and took out generators and the like for a pack with a less techy feel.
Could you make your own wiki for this? I find that all the other wikis are very outdated and either give no info about the item, don't have crafting recipe's, or don't even know the item exists. A wiki with all the latest info about everything this mod has to offer would help a lot since I'm new to this mod. The only thing I know about are the compressed blocks. If there already is a wiki, could you send me a link? I already checked on ftbwiki.org and wiki.technicpack.net and they turned out to be the outdated wikis.

I host a small server for my friends on 1.6.4 and one of my friends has sent me the attached image. Does anyone know how to fix this?
There is an ID mismatch between the client and the server.
First, make sure that the client and the server have the same exact copy of the configuration files.
Second (if step one doesn't work), it is likely Forge trying to auto-assign new IDs for conflicting IDs. When this happens, the client can auto-assign new IDs differently than the server - causing an ID mismatch. In this case, you will need to start up the client and scan the log for the word (CONFLICT). Then, you will need to correct the conflicts manually, rather than letting Forge auto-assign a new ID. When finished and there are no more conflicts, copy the new config file to the server and give your friends the updated config file. This way, you are guaranteed to have the same IDs throughout all of the clients and the server.
NOTE: THIS is probably the number one reason why I suggest moving to 1.7.x of Minecraft.
On the client I have looked at the logs and there is nothing with the word CONFLICT
Did you make sure that the client has the same version as the server's config file? (Easiest way is to assume that it's wrong - delete the config file on the client and re-copying it into the client's config directory from the server)
Dunno if only I got this problem, but my generators and all "colored stuff" have no textures...got 1.7.2 MC with Extarutils 1.1.0b...
got optifine and x64 misa's but no custom textures for extrautils..and those are just "pink-black checker"
Do U know what cause this??
Yeah that's optifine shortcutting by not loading those textures, get rid of optifine and you will find your textures show up just fine. So which do you want, working textures or whatever it is you're getting out of optifine (we all get different things from it). I chose textures but it's up to you.

tbh...i don't use generators...cuz got pure "magic" mod setup at the moment...but...fancy colored stuff....hmm...also conected textures works only with optifine...so...i choose opifine......BUTtttt...;pp love the rest useful stuff form Extrautils...and hopefully textures of those will never dissapear to me...;p
solved..btw....updated optifine to newest resolve the problem with tex's ^^
._. So the weirdest thing just happened. I've got a peaceful table set up in the nether, and with chicken chunks not up to 1.7 yet I kinda have to just sit there and babysit it so I usually leave the chest open so the game can keep running while I do other stuff. I went to check on it and suddenly a chicken appeared out of nowhere, just chillin on the table then wanders off into the nether fortress. And I'm just sitting there like ._. what? A chicken? A vanilla minecraft chicken? That is in no way a hostile mob? What the f*ck? XD
i was hoping you could help my game crashed after installing your mod and i was wondering is there anything you can do to help me fix this.

I want to add this to my Life in the Woods modpack for 1.6 for the Ender Quarry. I downloaded the 1.6 version of this from WorldofMinecraft becuase I can't find a link for it here, and there's no Ender Quarry. Yet FTBers on You Tube using the 1.6 version of the FTB modpack have it. What is going on? Am I'm just being a derp here? How do I get the Ender Quarry for 1.6?

Well you could try using the 1.6 version listed in the op. Scroll down until you get to downloads, unhide that sh*t, scroll down until you find 1.6.

Beware of the chickens!
Oh my god seriously? That's a thing? That's amazing! I wish I'd known that before XD
Isn't 1.1.0 and its various letter versions for 1.7.10 not 1.7.2? Have you tried version 1.0.3c which was I believe the last 1.7.2 version?
Hm, so it is. My mistake, apologies, carry on. Sorry I can't help much I don't really use the trading post.

I just dropped it into my mods folder. I'm gonna go play with it and lava. But I'll be careful, I promise. lol
Formerly known as ORabbit around these parts.
Well you could try using the 1.6 version listed in the op. Scroll down until you get to downloads, unhide that sh*t, scroll down until you find 1.6.
