Is it possible to add this mod to FTB Infinity evolved? Sorry if this question as answered already. I tried placing it into the mods folder of my FTB Infinity Evolved server but it says that this mod is the reason my server won't load.
They are referred to both as batteries and capacitors, which is odd. It could be an issue with a power API (RF or IC2's) being loaded that differs from the one the mod was built against. Do you have a list of installed mods with versions?

Is it because SM is stuck in 1.8.9?
SM has always been a good companion mod for MPS because of the animations (which was in MachineMuse's to-do list). Never worked 100%, but close enough.
I for one just figured out how to brute-force the "flight" animation in survival mode.
I seem to be unable to use Galacticraft's blocks and features to charge up this mod's Power Suits. I use the latest version of both(1.7.10) and Numina version 0.4.0.131.
This is something I'll have to look into as soon as I get the current set of code changes finished (sorry, no ETA). There may be some outdated power API in use causing issues.
Was GC supposed to charge MPS armor? I didn't know.
I found out, by accident, I could use Mekanism charge pads. That was a nice surprise.
I just tried it in Galacticraft's Advanced Solar Generator and it does work, but it is very slow, so I'm not sure what was happening in the original issue. When I was playing in 1.7.10 in the past, I liked to use a reactor from either BigReactors or from Mekanism (fusion reactor).
It didn't work at all for me; the item refuses to attach itself to the "charge up" slot. I just would like a simple, lightweight mod that lets me recharge the PowerSuits and power up the forcefields from Modular Force Fields, but both only accept items from those huge industrial mods that add tons upon tons of things I'll never use and will just bog down my game.
For the Power Suits, I could get away with the Kinectic and Solar power modules, but in my save I want to set up a base in a custom dimension with no sunlight, so the solar power would be rendered useless and I don't think the kinectic energy would be enough to suffice.
EDIT: For some reason, this mod is now demanding me to install Smart Moving, crashing until I do so. I really don't want to install Smart Moving(After I went through a massive hunt just to look for a mod that lets me power the goddamn power armor itself, sadly Mekanism crashes on launch so I went with the very heavy Thermal Expansion) since it adds a lot of complicated stuff that just doesn't interest me. Is this even intended? It only started doing this today.

I load the mod, upgrade my suit... and when i look, i see my power drains rapidly. (yes i use creative mode and the batteries) and i can't use ANY of the installed modules... even though they are installed...
LV, MV, HV Capacitors. You know, so the armor itself actually has some energy capacity.

so numina 1.7.10 and modular powersuits 1.7.10 right, also i see the recipies but cant make them again i read back and tried deleting the recipie folder with no success . playing infinity 2.6.0
Is it because SM is stuck in 1.8.9?
SM has always been a good companion mod for MPS because of the animations (which was in MachineMuse's to-do list). Never worked 100%, but close enough.
I for one just figured out how to brute-force the "flight" animation in survival mode.

I seem to be unable to use Galacticraft's blocks and features to charge up this mod's Power Suits. I use the latest version of both(1.7.10) and Numina version 0.4.0.131.
Was GC supposed to charge MPS armor? I didn't know.
I found out, by accident, I could use Mekanism charge pads. That was a nice surprise.

I remember doing so in a very old version. It was slow, but it worked.
It didn't work at all for me; the item refuses to attach itself to the "charge up" slot. I just would like a simple, lightweight mod that lets me recharge the PowerSuits and power up the forcefields from Modular Force Fields, but both only accept items from those huge industrial mods that add tons upon tons of things I'll never use and will just bog down my game.
For the Power Suits, I could get away with the Kinectic and Solar power modules, but in my save I want to set up a base in a custom dimension with no sunlight, so the solar power would be rendered useless and I don't think the kinectic energy would be enough to suffice.
EDIT: For some reason, this mod is now demanding me to install Smart Moving, crashing until I do so. I really don't want to install Smart Moving(After I went through a massive hunt just to look for a mod that lets me power the goddamn power armor itself, sadly Mekanism crashes on launch so I went with the very heavy Thermal Expansion) since it adds a lot of complicated stuff that just doesn't interest me. Is this even intended? It only started doing this today.

sliders for protection and stuff doesn't work on my server... why?
Same here, using latest for 1.7.10 (11.1.107)
Sliders do nothing in MP server. They slide back and forth but change no values.
Whats strange is it works in SP until I join the server.
When I goto my MP server, they break..go BACK to SP and they are broken there (after joining/leaving MP that has it).
Ive tried it on current server, and also setting up a fresh forge server for testing, and same issue on both.
What I see testing it:
Having an issue with flight. Using this mod in a pack or standalone we have found that the following config entries are there:

What should there values be by default to allow flight? I see other entries dealing with the boots are set to 0 as well.

powersuits just won't work for me.
I load the mod, upgrade my suit... and when i look, i see my power drains rapidly. (yes i use creative mode and the batteries) and i can't use ANY of the installed modules... even though they are installed...
...help?
