The version that I have been using is 4.1.1.251 and for me it works perfectly with other mods as well. I will make sure to include which version of forge to use in the 'Download Instructions' section.

I believe the old textures for biomes like in alpha and beta can easily be implemented in a texture pack. I know of a guy that actually makes texture packs like this! Huh. I don't know why you receive these crashes with those versions of forge. I will play around with those versions and see what is up

I rewrote pretty much everything except for the generation of the Sky Dimension. That I got from a decompiled minecraft.jar from 1.6.6. There was no way I was gonna figure out how to generate all that! It would have taken AGES

Going on the main post now It definitely alerted me to a few bugs that are currently in it (i.e. the double locked chest and quiver arrows) and I liked the suggestion for the Giant having a rare drop of the 'Notch' Apple! Lovely idea here. My only request (besides more features of course, heheh) is that, if the gear overhaul is being postponed, the recipe for making the gears be adjusted to either provide more gears or require less iron. I need that iron! D:

You are in luck! check back quite soon for a little mini-update. It will not be huge and add many things but it will edit some things and fix some bugs. I believe what you want will be in it as well

Hey guys! just put out a small update to the mod! Please check out the changelog to see what has been changed/added. This was mainly just a bug fix update to iron out some annoyances that my OCD was bothering me about. Anyway I also wanted to say that this mod has reached 500 downloads in just the past week alone! It feels really great. I remember when I first put the mod up and I was excited to get 30 downloads . Anyway this is seriously awesome and I wanted to give a huge thank you to everyone who has been making reviews of my mod and putting them on YouTube. I have watched every single one to the end (Even the one that was in Turkish ).

I will definitely continue work on this as I prepare for the Pretty Scary Update (1.4). Now if any of you want a hint as to what I am adding next, do you remember the Halloween update about 2 years ago? There was a mob that Notch said he would be adding but never got around to it... That mob is what will be coming next in the Rediscovered Mod! I will let you all figure out just what that is.

So anyway, thanks so much people and I will continue to read all of your suggestions!
