same, when i use it it has errors and doesn't open
I would suggest posting the error log on Forge's message board. I'm not getting any issues myself. All I can say is to check if your mods are the same version as your forge and try deleting your mods folder and starting a fresh install. There must be something you're missing. The current version of Forge does install and work fine. So it may be that you have Minecraft installed not in the default place, you may be using incompatible mods, you may have a bad Forge install.
Does Minecraft load fine on your non-modded version?
When I click on any of the installers it takes me to adf.ly but when I click skip add it takes me back to adf.ly and it does not download forge how do I fix that?
You can select the non-adfly link. It's the asterisk (*) beside the words

Forge creates a "mods" folder in your .minecraft folder. You place your mods in there.
I didn't get .minecraft when i downloaded minecraft.
Weird...I installed Forge and it looked like it went alright, but I don't have a 'mods' folder. Or 'coremods'.
EDIT: nevermind, I installed it all wrong.

Oh wow, thanks so much qmagnet, I just downloaded my first mod! It was too complicated for me but now I can finally enjoy some new additions to my game! Again, thanks!
I've tried installing what I think is the latest version, and the installation went fine. I installed the client and the server (on my locally hosted server) and tried to connect. At that point, minecraft tells me I don't have FML installed and won't let me connect.
This only comes up when I use the universal jar, and if I just use the server jar, it works fine, but I can't tell if the forge stuff applies. I have it in my head that the mods won't load unless I use the universal jar. The problem is, this happens just after I install the forge mod loader, so I'm a bit perplexed as to why it won't load... :/
hi i did everything u said but the minecraft just loads properly with forge i haver the profile set 2 forge i logged in but the mod doesent load with it hope u can help me thx
I hope this helps.

The latest one, 9.10.0.792, does work. I just tried. Or you can try 9.10.0.786, I used that for awhile without any issues.
No, when I pick the Forge version, it doesn't load. It has errors.
*Edit* The installing mods bit, I already installed Forge by their installer but I don't see instructions for mods.

then save as start.bat
Next, run the bat file and you should be good
Universal? Are you downloading the "Installer"?
