Yep, all shader mods but water reflectors arent updated, even so its nearly impossible for the water ones because optifine. Also, OPTIFINE is working with forge for me.

please tell me how you got optifine and forge together for me it launches minecraft and and than all of the sudden minecraft quits?
Optfine is inherently flawed and actually gives you worse frames per second. Use Fraps, it'll tell you your real FPS, not the inject FPS from Optifine Code (they add +10 to every FPS frame to fool you)
You see, minecraft has updated their rendered, so Optifine is injecting in before it, causing lag in the first place! Do not use Optifine! It hasn't be needed since 1.4.7 it's been a joke ever since. Not to mention ruins your lighting in-game.
Guys please answer this:
Hey! I use the new launcher. I got a Forge version with Optifine in it. I also use Reis minimap.
But... When the shaders mod comes out for 1.6.2 ... is it just to drag the files from it to the Forge.jar in my version folder?
Btw i saw explodingtnt and other youtubers have the shaders mod on the videoes and the videoes is from today and within 1 week. ._. please, add me on skype to help meh or just answer here. skype: andreas.eek100
Well installation could be different, but the way I'd think it would be done is that the shader folder in the zip would go in the bin and the other stuff would go in the 1.6.2.jar
a preview came out!!!!for 1.6.2(it's super-buggy though)
here is a link: https://hotfile.com/...0-pre2.jar.html
u just put it in the mods folder that forge created Warning:DOES NOT WORK WITH OPTIFINE AT THE MOMENT... Edit1:i updated the link to the pre2 link(not that buggy anymore)
Optifine + SEUS Ultra RC7 are mods I use no matter what, I always use em, and you saying they add "fake" +10 FPS isn't true, I have 78 FPS with/without.
Just saying optfine offers me multi-core rendering, lets me render normal + 64 and lets me use antialiashing. Only for the last one I would use it, but thanks for the 2 first ones, it improves my performance. By far.
Not to say minecraft looks MUCH better with linear mipmaps, AA and anisotropic filtering. It improves the visuals so hard my eyes burn when I use minecraft without optifine.
EDIT: forgot the marvelous feature of clear water. It lets you see much better while underwater.
EDIT2: will shaders mod ever be compatible with optifine's antialiashing? When I used both shaders and optifine, the AA and the anisotropic filtering were disabled it does make a diference in graphics...
Sure it makes a difference.
But Bloom, Dynamic Shadows, and everything else definitely beats AA
I LOVE shaders but there are so many people that love optifine its just that like why did you make it so that it doesn't work with it!???!?!? Like i was waiting for shaders to come out but then it says not compatible with optifine then im like no-way cant use it and i bet there are many more people that think the same! please try and make it actually work with optifine

It does mostly work with it, just isn't directly supported. It's not like it was a conscious decision of the maker to have it not work with optifine. He didn't go out of his way to stop it working. There are functions that are just mutually exclusive on each.
fraps lowers you fps -.- you are wrong optifne does make you pc less laggy i would know
Really. And why would you know exactly? I hate all these people using lag to define computer slowness. Lag is slowness in the connection between, lets say, your computer and a server. But, Optifine does make your minecraft faster.
Thank you SO much! This works! I do have another way though. Download the shaders mod from them, but then download the forge installer from http://files.minecraftforge.net/ Download the newest 1.6.2 version, then just throw GLSL shaders mod into your mods folder, and viola, you got shaders!
I love shaders, I check everyday to see if its up again. The problem is, if you dont have a such great computer like me. I get around 200 FPS on this mac and I am not able to hold up the mod+the best shader packs. I wish they would give us good but not laggy shader packs.
I have some good an not laggy shaderpacks u can pm me.
so whats is the best gpu for extreme/utlra can a PNY GTX 770 XLR8
handle it and i have a i7 3770 3.4Ghz 16GB ram and a gt 640
plz awner it i wane play it on ultra whitout lag ;D
I believe that will Make it non laggy. I use a computer with about half of that and get a little lag with shaders. I think you are good. Just play around with the setting until you get less/no lag.

Don't ask me about prebuilts. The answer is the same. Waste of money.

Calling BS. I'm using OptiFine HD B4.

It can be done under 2-2.5 minutes.
