I only installed forge and mystcraft at the point that i got this crash.

I've looked around through the logs and rechecked my installs, because I like to try to help myself before I bug you guys, but I can't find the issue. I must've missed something.

Jar install order was - Forge (lastest), Mystcraft, Optifine, ChickenCore, NEI, and Sparrow.

Are you sure you installed portalgun correctly? you need to extract the .zip file, then place the "portalgun" folder in the "mods" folder rather than just dumping the zip in the mods folder. If it's not that, maybe portalgun doesn't work on macs, but I doubt it.
