Step Three. Find the terrain.png file and extract it to your desktop
Step Four. Open up your image editing program and open the terrain.png file in it.
Step Five. Use the block select tool (little square thing) to select a block that you would like to make seethrough.
Step six. After it is selected, use the eraser tool (come on its a little eraser >.>) to delete either a portion of the block or the whole thing.
Step Seven. Save the file (make sure you have the original however)
Step Eight. place and overwrite the terrain.png in the minecraft.jar folder.
Step Nine. start up the game, play and enjoy your random seethrough blocks >.>
ORRRR if using the WoM client, skip step 2 and 8 and put the terrain.png into the skins folder of the WoM client.

HE MEANS THE XRAY MOD. UGH. Here. And why do people keep asking for installing tutorials? Just do the same for everything. And you should have posted this in the actual mod thread, not make a whole new one just for this.
X ray mod is too game-breaking in my opinion.
I've edited the diamond block from Glimmar's Steampunk to have tranparent pixels.
So, now it's an X-Ray machien you can build an carry around with you for 9

Well, the easiest way is to get the WoM client. Plop your skins (With the original names) into the "Skin" folder and run the client.
As for getting it to run on minecraft.net, I dunno. I just use WoM for my reskins.
