I've recently been working on a project involving capes. The issue I'm having, is displaying the right cape, on the right player, I ended up calling this bug, the "white cape" bug.
To be more specific, it would display a white cape, on everyone, except for me. I'm pretty sure this is because they didn't have capes, but the client is still trying to render their player with a cape anyway. I looked through the code, and couldn't find the bug.
Another thing you should note, is that I'm taking bits of code from the AbstractClientPlayer class in my Forge 1.6.4 workspace.
This paste shows my current AbstractClientPlayer.java, where I'm keeping all of my cape code.

Actually, if anyone knows how, would love it if you could help me with controlling who gets a cape with JSON.
It would look something like this,
{
Notch = https://example.com/cape.png
Jeb_ = https://example2.com/cape2.png
}
And the JSON would have to be on the Internet as well, like on my webserver.
