Bukkit and Forge are two completely different APIs. I'd recommend creating a mod with the desired functionality from scratch rather than trying to convert the plugin.

Please don't PM me to ask for help or to join your mod development team. Asking your question in a public thread preserves it for people who are having the same problem in the future. I'm not interested in developing mods with people.
There are programs that let you create mods without writing the code yourself, but they produce terrible code and terrible mods. I'd highly recommend learning Java and writing mods yourself.

is There a Program for Making Mods that Supports 1.8 Without Coding?
No there are not. If or when MCreator for 1.8 comes out, you will never get help for it here. This is a code development forum, not a MCreator Support forum.

Well, if you want to make mods for Minecraft, you will have to learn to code.
I spent a year perfecting my Java skills before deciding I am ready to create a MC mod.
I have tried programs like MCreator, but, 60% of the time, they show up an error that must be fixed in code, by a person who knows how to code. Furthermore, it only allows for extremely simplistic, insignificant changes, such as "Dirt Items," personified by the "Dirt Mod," perhaps the most
prominent mod created using MCreator, and guess what it adds? Everything made out of dirt. You try making anything more complicated with it,
and it will simply show errors in its crappy code.
Anyway, as other posters have said, it would be easier to simply create a mod from scratch than trying to convert a plugin into a mod, plus you can add many more features into a mod like this than allowed by a plugin.
Haha that's funny as heck. They should rename MCreator to Dirt Machine 2000.
The cold, hard truth is that if you want to develop mods, you need to learn how to program. MCreator is simply not an option. It's far too simplistic to even make a worthwhile mod, even if you're just using modding as a hobby. See this for a detailed description on why MCreator is not an option, but be warned, it's quite a read.
TL;DR: Want to make mods? Learn how to write them yourself. Want to use MCreator? Don't expect much help here.

Guys!!! is there a Way to Install Plugins in Forge or Modded Minecraft?
Because the Version of the Plugin I Installed is Supports 1.8
Cauldron and its continuation KCauldron allow you to use Bukkit plugins and Forge mods, but they only work for 1.7.10 and below. I don't think there's any equivalent for 1.8.

I Heard Mcreator 1.5.7 (1.8) is Not Released Yet Too but How to Code?
I Don't Learn Yet about Coding
To learn Java, try VSWE's Summer Courses and thenewboston's tutorials.
To learn Forge modding once you know Java, try Pahimar's Let's Mod Reboot, Jabelar's tutorials or some of the other tutorials linked on Jabelar's site.

"Coding" does not exist, it is Programming.
Sounds Programming is Too Hard.

Dude!! How to Make a Server (Experimental Server)
I Don't Know how to make a Server
Dude!! Wrong forum. We're mod developers, not server administrators. Take it to the Modded Server subforum.
You cannot "convert" a plugin to a mod.
You need to make a mod with the same functionality.
