Animals only breed if they're kept in the correct environs too. For cows, this means you need to have tall grass around, not just grass or dirt blocks underneath. Bonemeal the ground in the pen, and make sure the area is lit. Generally, a herd of six is permanently sustainable. If there's only 2 or 3, they could age and die before breeding.
What mod is it that disables sleep? I'm trying to make a more easy version of this pack for some friends, and I've managed to corral everything except that. I've tried making allow sleep = true on ESM, but that hasn't fixed it. I've grep'd the config files for sleep, bed, and everything else I can think of, but haven't found it yet. Is there another config I'm missing?
This is the first time i'm playing with this kind of physics, can anybody tell me how can i avoid cave-ins when mining ? Does catwalks support blocks are the only choice and how should i place them ?
Is there a list of servers that run Revolution? I've been looking online for a bit now, and can only find one, but it runs 3.1.1 Rev3, and I'd like to play on a kept-to-date server if possible.

I'm having trouble disabling certain mobs from Techguns. I am not a fan of zombies with guns. In the techguns config I set the zombie soldier spawn weight to 0 as so:
Spawn weight for spawning Zombie Soldiers, at 0 spawn will not be registered [range: 0 ~ 10000, default: 100]
I:SpawnWeightZombieSoldier=0
But the little jerks keep spawning non stop. Im guessing im editing the wrong config or misunderstanding what spawn weight is. What needs to be done to make this happen?

No luck with any of the configs on my side. I'm pretty much at the tilting point with thoes damned zombies. Would the pack be OK with Techguns disabled? as well, what would re-enable vanilla armours as well as the disabled bits of Tinkers'? Any other configs edits I should make to accommodate no Techguns?
The Revolution 3 website is down(domain expired). Also I seem to be unable to join my own server with the same settings, files, etc. as it was a few weeks back. Perhaps it has something to do with the website(and therefore irc that the client tries to connect to) being down?
I apologise if this is a stupid question, but where the hell do I download it? The ATLauncher page 404s.

I've never tried disabling them, so I'm not sure what works or doesn't work there...the mod may just have a bug.
That said, there's several other mods fiddling with spawning of mobs. Peaceful Surface and Zombie Awareness are the two main ones.

Hello, silly question perhaps.
I've just started a new world, and oh my is it beautiful.
Flowers, butterflies, exciting structures scattered around.
Also, I almost got wrecked by a herd of sheep once I realized they could fight back. Lovely!
Anyway, I wanted to ask, I thought there were quests in this modpack but I haven't received a questbook (then again I just started a few minutes ago).
But it wouldn't be fun if I do lots of stuff and then have to redo them just to complete the quests which I would've completed anyway.
I haven't been able to find a crafting recipe thus far either.
Are there quests in this pack, if so, how do I gain access to them?

The questing menu pops up by pressing Ö, but I assume that's no help for anyone with an english keyboard.
