Is there any possible way this could be on 1.11 ? it's already available for 1.11.2 but there's no download for 1.11 , i don't mean to intrude or bother , iam just very sad that i don't get to use this amazing mod as i play on 1.11
It should work regardless (in fact, the version of Forge might even be 1.11 and I just said it was 1.11.2 - don't really remember though).
Don't ever expect any mods to port to non-final sub versions of Minecraft.
For what reason are you even playing on Minecraft 1.11.0 at all, if I may ask?
If the mods are available for MC 1.11.2, your world should not break if you upgrade. Still make a backup though, just to be sure.
Thank you , it never came to my mind . it's just that the reason is because i use almost over 30 mods and most are suitable and more complete in 1.11 but that was at my time of download , i will try to upgrade to 1.11.2 , thanks again !.

Actually , i did try that as i knew that i had a couple of mods of version 1.11.2 and they did work on 1.11 forge , but the Levels 2 Mod didn't work on 1.11 on both recommended and latest forge 1.11 versions , it's cool tho i will upgrade my mods and attend 1.11.2 , thanks for your effort making this mod ^^
I am currently working on some new miscellaneous features to, such as being able to enable/disable certain abilities, provide more config options (e.g. modify rarity chances), providing a bit of direction on how the mod works from in-game, and a few re-writes of certain portions of code to be more dynamic. Nothing major, but I think these changes will be very welcome. With that being said, if you have some suggestions for the mod, feel free to let me know. It gets a little hard to manage all the ideas floating around. Thanks!
Just got the Mod and like it a lot so far, found two issues though:
1) getting hit by arrows doesn't seem to give my armor any experience
2) I wanted to check out the config menu, but it doesn't seem to be enabled, the button is greyed out, for me at least
Aside from those minor issues congrats on making an interesting mod, great job!
Edit: Before I forget, one thing I wanted to ask: Is it unnecessary to have the same Ability on multiple pieces of armor, or do the effects stack, i.e stronger effect or more likely to happen? (in case of Void for example)
The config file is located in the config folder (within your Minecraft instance). You can change values there. As far as arrows go, it's likely a bug, so I'll look into it and fix it for the next release.
Abilities on different armor pieces will sort of stack in the since that since everything is chance based, the chances will increase. For instance, an ability that has a 20% chance to use on 2 different pieces of armor will likely occur more times than an ability on one piece of armor. The percentage chances are unique per ability per armor.

Thanks for the quick reply! I didn't even think to look in the folder, thought it was in the "Mods" screen in-game.
The arrow-bug fix seems to have created a new problem now though; whenever I get hit by an arrow the game gets caught in a loop of the hit animation, the screen constantly wobbling, life immediately reduced to 0 HP, and despite that unkillable; not even the void, nor the /kill command managed to stop me from being "undead" or the screen from wobbling.
For whatever reason, 1.11.2-r1.1.0 is broken. No idea why, though I am in the process of fixing it right now.
Edit: I can't reproduce your problem. Any more details on that?
I'm going to be looking into re-writing the GUI for ability selection, so I'll probably also add in the option to remove certain abilities. On top of that, I'm also going to be adding some new abilities in, so if you have any suggestions, let me know! Even if it doesn't have to do with abilities, I'm open to all kinds of suggestions too.
I've re-worked the configuration files to make it more organized. On top of that, I've also fixed a couple bugs with selecting abilities, on top of adding in the ability to remove certain abilities from the mod from within the configs.

I think it would be cool if harder enemies (like Superior, but especially Elite and Legendary) would have higher drop chances for some of their better loot, or would even drop other special items, like emeralds, diamonds, gold nuggets, explorer maps, or similarly cool stuff

r1.2.3 has been released for both 1.10.2 and 1.11.2. Fixes a crash when not wearing armor. Note: this bug might only affect the 1.10.2 version, but either way, a check has been added on both versions which should fix the crash.
So I've installed nothing but this on a fresh server with your latest version, and upon creating the first sword, it will show the orange "========Levels 2========" in the chat, but nothing else (no message explaining how Levels 2 functions.
The sword is made, but it's not actually consuming the items used to make it. The raw items turn invisible, but are still in the box, and if you click into the empty box, they reappear. (Also re-appear if you leave the crafting table)
This also happens if you try to repair something by combining two like-items. It will actually make a new copy without consuming the original items.
(On repairing, if you repair in that fashion, is there somehow to keep the rarity of one of the weapons that way? I can't seem to get it to work right but it may be related to what's mentioned above... Would be annoying to have a Legendary or better item only to have it get repaired and turned into a "Normal")

When you post a mod: "No pics no clicks" and "MCreator = bad ~99% of the time"
Don't forget to read the crashlog before reporting the crash. It might tell you why it's crashing.
