The crash reports are a bit confusing. The report I got from you in this forum indicate dimension 170. However the crash from the server seems to indicate something else. Was dimension 170 the dimension you were in when you crashed? What kind of dimension is it?
Also a full fml.log from the server would be useful too.

I'm about to release RFTools 2.92 but because I did some important internal changes to the storage system I would like people to test this on TEST worlds (or after making a backup). Most importantly I had to change the internal NBT format of a Modular Storage Block. I added code to transparently convert old format to new so I want to be sure no items are lost during that conversion. So to properly test this you should first load your world with the current version of RFTools (2.91) and check the contents of all your modular storage blocks. Then make a backup, upgrade to the beta and see if all blocks still contain the same objects.
Fixed a serious bug syncing dimension information to clients in case dimensions went over id 128. RFTools was using a byte...
New Storage Filter module and a third slot in the Modular Storage Block where you can insert this filter. This filter can hold up to 18 ghost items (for filtering on) and can filter based on ore dictionary, matching item damage, matching NBT as well as filter on mod. You can also set the filter to blacklist instead of whitelist. If you insert this module in a storage block then you will only be able to insert items that match the filter (either with the GUI as well as with automation).
The storage module GUI adapts itself to the available resolution (in height).
There is a new storage tablet that you have to charge up and put in the crafting table together with a storage module. That way you can access the storage from within your hotbar. It is no longer possible to access storage items without this tablet (even remote storage items). Every time you open the tablet it will use RF.
Registered all known dimlets to the 'dimlet' ore dictionary entry. Makes for easier filtering based on oredict.
Added an optional recipe for dimensional shards. This can be enabled in the config in case you are managing a server were dimensions are forbidden or restricted (i.e. only void dimensions for example).
Added several categories to the generic item module
Added /rftcfg dumpclasses command to help with finding good classifications for the generic item module.
Fixed a bug with the storage system in combination with dimlets for which an entry is missing. This could make a storage block not accessible.

So I'm not sure if this has been asked before or what have you, but is it possible/will you to implement a feature that allows the charging of realised dimension tabs in anything other than the dimension builder? Unless I am totally oblivious and there is another way to charge them, I believe that offering support for charging it in anything that can charge items, such as the draconic evolution charger, would be really awesome and would add to the aesthetic build of my base. Thanks

Unfortunatelly adding support for charging in any other RF charger is not possible since the energy is not actually stored in the tab (as opposed to a jetpack, or other RF charged item). The RF is stored in the dimension itself.
I do have plans for a dimension charger that can hold multiple dimension tabs at the same time though.

I keep getting a large number of negative status effects in rfTool dimensions despite having the no effect dimlet. This is making these worlds (honestly most worlds I create) worthless and uninhabitable. Also there is no stone or water dimlets, meaning I cannot make "normal dimensions", although stone and water can spawn randomly.

This is probably caused by the dimension not having enough power. If RF is below 4000000 (4 million) you will get slight bad effects. You need to bring power high enough to avoid this.
Also Material None (or Default if you have recent RFTools) == normal stone and Liquid None (or Default) is water

I found a bug .. a very nasty bug :-S .. or I think it's a bug ..
I had filled up a tier 3 storage module with basically everything I had (except a barrel of cobblestone and a few other small chests around my first little base)
It was all fine and dandy untill I tried to see what the Generic Storage Module did .. which was nothing to my eyes ..
I tried applying it to the tier 3 module, and they changed places instead .. but after this the tier 3 module was empty .. is there any chance there's something I can do to retrieve, or can I at least get help to what I did wrong ..
I'm not completely sure that this is exactly how I wiped the storage module, but it happened around that time
(This is the version found in FTB Infinity 1.6.2 btw - so not the latest I would predict)
Edit: This happened on my own local server - so maybe there's a fallback? ..
Hmm I will investigate. In any case, the generic storage module should go in the second slot of the storage module. Not the first one.
How exactly did you try to apply it to the tier 3 module? A good description of the steps you used might be helpful here.
