I'm using the 1.10/11.2 version and keep getting "No Fuel" when I add fuel rods to the Fission Controller; I've tried TBU, HEU-235, and LEU-235 Fuel Rods.
The reactor is 3*3*3 consisting of 5 reactor cells, 8 lapis coolers, and one graphite block. I've tried rearranging the internals; adding cells, coolers, and graphite blocks to completely fill the space; and even resizing the reactor casing.
This is the first time I've used this mod, is there something I'm missing?

Is your reactor set up like this? It needs to be cuboid shaped. Also, if I'm not mistaking, it needs to be 3x3, 5x5, 7x7, etc. Making a 5x5 would yield a 3x3 interior. Also if you have it set up right, try logging off and back on again. Sometimes this will do it. You also need to start it with a lever on the controller.
The controller should be accepting the fuel even if the structure isn't complete - which version of NC are you using, and are you on a server? I'm just very confused as I can't recreate your issue in a client world or on a server.
+ Added many new config options
+ Added and tweaked recipes
+ Added new items and other fluids
* Hopefully fixed SpongeForge crash
* Fixed crash related to invalid recipes
* Many, many internal changes
* Updated IC2 API
* Many thanks go to CrazyPants for allowing me to use EnderIO's GUI fluid rendering code!
Version 2.2d iron and graphite dust or graphite ingots no longer produce steel. Graphite dust cannot be input into alloy furnace..
I'm not having this issue - although it is true that I removed the ability for graphite dust to be used in the alloy furnace, the iron ingot and graphite ingot recipe should still be there - are you saying that this recipe isn't working?

After a game restart, it is working now. The intricacies of Minecraft! Thank you for replying.
There isn't currently JEI support, so there isn't an in-game way to find the machines' recipes yet. All of the alloys are now made in the alloy smelter, and you can find the recipes here for now: https://github.com/turbodiesel4598/NuclearCraft/blob/master/src/main/java/nc/crafting/processor/AlloyFurnaceRecipes.java
As you might expect, magnesium diboride is made with one magnesium ingot and

I was missing the switch.

It's still working for me tough:

Latest minor version 2.2d for MC 1.10.2 and 1.11.2 are is available. I finally think that I have fixed all major bugs that crept into the original 2.2 version, and so 2.2d is now certainly the recommended build
