Yeah, it must be some interaction problem... I could try to search for the other mod by deleting and narrowing it down while keeping Redstone Armory loaded.
Here's a good idea to add to the arsenel: Manathryll (Primal Mana[Gelid Cryotheum and Blazing Pyrotheum's son] plus Mana ingots (Otherwise, in ore dict, known as Mythrill.)
Axe: Axe of the stream-like properties. Clears forests in one swoop EE2-style when augmented.
Pickaxe: Clears a 3x3x1 area, permanent fortune enchantment. Expands to 4x4x1 and 2x fortune when Augmented.
Shovel: Hoe+Bonemeal. Insta-growth and 3x3x1 digging area when Augmented.
Bow: Random enchantment effects if crit. Insta-fire when Augmented.
Sword: 9.5 damage. Multiply by 2 and add slowness and/or burning at random when augmented.
Armor: Better than Gellid Enderium due to how difficult it is to get it. Upgrade from Gelid enderium. 2x power storage than tools.
All tools are better energy wise, and are better than G-Enderium. Make sure you add a couple of crafting recipes for Primal Mana.

Wow. This mod looks like exactly what I want - Redstone Arsenal always seemed inadequate to me, as it had a bunch of tools that did what Tinker's Construct tools do, but half as well. Also, the armor didn't make me invincible, nor did it protect at all from lava/drowning. That said, Is the armor actually in? I'm a modpack maker, and I'm hoping to be close to my 1.0.0 release, but I don't want to release it until I have a reasonably overpowered (those words definitely belong together!) armor set for the end-game.
Also, is Simply Jetpacks compatibility in the works, I want to be invincible and be able to fly.

EDIT: After having downloaded and done a little testing with the mod, I have realized that the axe is my favorite.
LIIIIIGHTNING! YAHA! POW! SHAZAM!
I tried placing it in an autonomous activator, so I could have an epic evil base with lightning rods. No evil base is complete without a permanent storm system, right?
However, while the lightning appears to still be spawned by the axe, it isn't actually visible. This makes me sad. Is this something you can fix, or an issue with vanilla?
Regardless, a machine that spawns lightning on it's own would also be fantastic.
EDITEDIT: The armor makes me invincible! You, sir, have earned yourself a download!
This mod. It needs more upgradeable Flux Pendants. I can't recycle mine, which makes me a little bit sad. Just enough to not make any until I get Enderium. Adding upgrade recipes (following the normal Flux Capacitor recipes) would help.

Funny story... That was already written, I just forgot to change an int to get it to register in game... I also never got around to making a texture for it, so it uses the same one >.>
Nothing I do should be causing an X-Ray effect and the menu textures are another mod.
