Bug report Mithion, when i'm playing in creative ( I know nobody will kill that many Arcane Guardians in survival ) but when i make a summon spell with anything that has a boss bar the game doesn't give a crash report but it closes then when i got back into the world I lag allot because there are about 500000 Arcane Guardians but like i said nobody is going to kill enough Arcane Guardians to get a summon for him but still it is a bug.
That's not really a bug report so much as you screw up your own map by being a moron. Entity lag isn't caused by AM2, it's caused by having TOO MANY ENTITIES, which you sure as hell forced upon that world.
That being said, I think I see a actual error in that retardation, something about a issue with summoning spells summoning things that have boss bars? That could be a actual issue. Keyword "could", as it kinda sounds like you made a summoning spell that summons too damn many bosses at one time.
Also like hell I wouldn't try to make a boss summoning spell in survival! I may only do so after finding the TiC item Bane of Pigs, though.
Did you know that it does about 2,000,000,000 damage a hit? Yes, two BILLION. And apparently it can be sometimes found as loot.

My friend and I have been playing on a server I am hosting on my computer with Hamachi.
I finally made my first spell, and he did too. I can cast mine and level up, He cannot cast spells at all.
I can cast mine and his that he made. When he enters creative he can cast spells.
He went defensive, and I went offensive.
Why cant he use any of his spells.?

Yes he did, I just deleted his player file, and made him do it again, and now He can use spells.
For some reason all of the mana costs were over 1000 before.
There seems to be quite a lot of issues dealing with how the server talks to the client. There have been many times where I input modifiers into an inscription table, and then the table de-syncs and upon re entering I find that my spells are gone. There are also sync issues with connecting the light nexus to the mana battery where both sources request to be connected to something after wrenching them. Even more unusual are spells that get created on desync and do nothing
OK. I seem to have an idea of what going on with the Mana Battery and the Light Nexus:
1. The light nexus has a slow essence gain effect, it will gain ~100 a tick when it is the right time of day.
2. The Mana Battery will only take essence from the Light Nexus when the light nexus has accumulated 1000 essence (this 1000 point is important) or when there is a total request for 250
3. The essence refiner (and possibly other things) will take essence in, in as little as 250 essence "pieces"
4. When a Light Nexus is feeding a Mana Battery and a Mana Battery is feeding virtually anything else (refiner being the most obvious) and the Mana Batter hits 0 essence it will stop feeding EXCEPT in the case that the light nexus produces 250 essence, at which point it will act as an "Essence Conduit" and then move that 250 essence to the requesting device causing a LARGE amount of deficit (about 250 points of deficit) per move.
5. It then explodes: VIDEO of this effect in action -
And that is the secret to the exploding mana battery.
This is likely not intended behavior, at least not is this particular manner, as I'm sure exploding upon deficit is.

I can still see the durability remaining on your items. Is that the bug you speak of? or are you talking about the grey boxes behind your items? It looks like you may have been and till might be using "TukMC" as a UI mod as it displays things in that manner. Did you also remove TukMC? If you aren't using that, are you using any other UI changing mods?

I'm tryign to make a waterbreathing spell, and everything works fine up to the point where it asks for a wakebloom. As soon as I throw the wakebloom in..... BAM.... Nothing happens. It just sits there, and I can't finish making the spell. Any ideas?

I can still see the durability remaining on your items. Is that the bug you speak of? or are you talking about the grey boxes behind your items? It looks like you may have been and till might be using "TukMC" as a UI mod as it displays things in that manner. Did you also remove TukMC? If you aren't using that, are you using any other UI changing mods?
I was talking about the heart meter, hunger bar, and such being covered in grey. it only happens when i put in Ars Magica. Yes i removed tukmc and it still happens. i don't have any other UI changing mods. I also tried playing with only the mod installed and still the same.

I have a wierd bug where mine hearts and hunger are pretty much translucent, but the other people with the same mod packs who play on my servers do not
It just will not accept sugar cane, and then tossing in the parchment gives me a "Spell" that doesn't actually do anything.
So it's like my bug just a step further. I wonder if it's the water breathing part or the self part
Edit: After watching your video I believe the spell may be asking for the block component rather then the item component we actually use...

I'm not sure about the color component yet either but I know that we can't use spell staffs yet, will be put into next update i would say.
You need to put in the recipe for it obviously, but then it needs a source of energy to create it. I just put mine near my air nexus since it is free, and it get direct the flow from my air nexus into the refiner and it should soon make the essence you want. You need the Magitech Staff and Crystal Wrench for it
Hey Mith I have a request and a question. The request is could you possibly add something in the OP about making your own texture pack if you have a problem with the ones already in the mod? I know few people read the op, but perhaps it will keep the hd texture arguments to a minimum on this forum. I got tired of reading them in the original AM forum page.
The question is kinda off topic, last I knew Toffskii was moving into a new house, how did his move go? Or is he still in the transition stage?
