Funny thought: since you can duplicate gold with aspects from mob armor, and TC no longer has a way to produce glass, golden apples are technically more renewable than potions.
Yeah, but that just highlights the problems with the "renewability" definition. (If you look at the Wiki talk-page for renewability, you'll see some of my old complaints in there.) Glass may be non-renewable, but it's still common, and you need to be fairly advanced before you get over the hump for gold production. Then the apples cost 36 Lucrum for a whole 4 Sano, compared to 4 Lucrum (plus 1 glowstone and 3 glass) for 18 Sano. ETA: In fact, distilling a found golden apple gives you enough Lucrum for 3 sets of potions!
BTW, if you've got a regular supply of mobs, I think nowadays, coins from those treasure sacks (or even the sacks themselves?) may supply more Lucrum than the armor. I've actually been stockpiling the sacks lately just to save storage space. I might start popping them again now that I've got my storage system built out a bit. Maybe I should set up some fill golems for potions....
I did some CraftTweaker scripts for Mystical Agriculture. They fill in a couple of small gaps in MA, and also let you make or duplicate not only vanilla plants, but the blocks, plants and wood from Quark and Biomes O'Plenty. Also spawn eggs for most vanilla mobs! The scripts are here on Github.

Well, techincally there already is an "alchemical mixer" in vanilla Thaumcraft (or a way to create items containing compound essentias from items containing primal essentias, to be specific), it's called a mana bean farm.
I have just recently bothered to start making one, and it took a lot of time to get all the primal aspects and breed the sano beans that I wanted. But make it big enough and install plenty of lamps of growth, and you've got yourself an infinite supply of whatever aspect you want, given enough time

i figured that out by testing on a fresh instance. well, i'm using a bat file to force the logging of EVERY little thing that happens real quick, in hopes that i'll find the problem...this is so irritating...

Currently working on a new project list. Shut down server due to lack of players/time to work on it among other issues. All of my packs are still available of course.
Just figure out which of them has nether specific content and remove them. I saw some weird transparent vine things in your screenshots. Copy your world, and then add the mods back in one by one until it breaks again. Without a crash log there's not a lot else that can be tried.

I like astronomy, and one of my ideas is a mod based around astronomy.
What does minecraft say is the cause of death? I'm not entirely sure what's going on in that second screenshot. It almost looks like some kind of attack.
I also did a testcase with the listed mods and nothing noteworthy happened.
Edit: mc didn't say any causes either, it just simply said "[insert player name here] Died" so that's what confused me the most, because usually it explains why
the second shot was of me in creative mode XD turns out it was the config from zeldaswordskills (totally unexpected because i didnt have this problem with it before, but oh well) i set it to give me a -14 health status (because i love the challenge of starting with only 3 hp and being able to take down godly creatures from any mobs with my ridiculous play skills), but after coolAlias' last update, for some reason switching dimensions caused that effect to double, as seen in pic 1 my character has no heart bar at all, and thats in survival, and how it affects creative mode as well is because even though you never see it, in creative mode you still have hp (minecraft just codes a form of immunity), so when you get hit with too many -* amount of hp, you're screwed either way (its how the MFR laser drill kills players in creative, to fit its description) well, guess I just have to wait for that one to be fixed. I only posted the error in hopes that someone who already had the issue couldve told me before i finished testing, but that was kinda meaningless seeing as the error wasn't caused by any of the mods i newly added as of late, but rather an older one that was updated... i'll have to keep this in mind next time i post an issue XD

The problem with milk is that you don't get the bucket back. And Azanor recently nerfed cake (boo), removing the Sano along with the silly amount of Metallum that his aspect-crafting algorithm had come up with. So yeah, beans, potions, Triple Meat Treat, and if you're rich and "ignorant", golden apples. Seriously, once you've got healing potions you're better off using those rather than apples, boost them to Level II (glowstone) to double the yield. Ditto for any regeneration potions you aren't using. Treasure bags can supply a few potions even before you can brew your own (note that Slowing has Vinculum).
Eh well there is mods. But can anyone tell me how to cross breed mana beans? do you need them right next to each other or have an empty space between them
Ongoing power node progress: Started out 116 Aqua. Now 134 Ordo, 117 Aqua, 103 Perditio, 96 Ignis, 92 Terra, 87 Aer. It's still amazingly reluctant to gain any further Aqua even though its Ordo, of which it started out with none, has passed its Aqua by almost 20 points. No idea why Aer is still trailing, either, given that three of its eight feeders contain Aer in strengths from 7 to 65. Also no idea why Perditio is now the third strongest aspect, despite being on only one feeder, which is now down from its initial 68 or so to 40. I guess the big node just really likes to slap that Perditio node around.
Planning on turning on the transducer as soon as the weakest aspect passes 100.

Ok, so I've got a question. Are you ever going to maybe go back to the old system for essentia tubes instead of the new annoying suction system? I've heard it's because you claim it causes a lot of server lag. Look, don't get me wrong, I certainly wouldn't be able to do any better. I haven't the faintest clue where to even begin when it comes to making Minecraft mods. All I'm saying is there are many other mods that basically have the same mechanics and don't cause serious server lag, i.e. BC fluid pipes or TE fluiducts.
Did you solve your golem problem? If not, prehaps it's a config issue. There's the config option called "I:golem_delay" that defaults to 5. Some users reported alchemy golems not working while having that option set to 60 (possibly due to modpacks presets). In general it appears that golems do derp with any setting higher than 20... you could check if that is true for you too.
I didn't change that setting for the golems because I didn't feel it was necessary to...
And the issue wasn't solved yet. :/
