The soul table is a new type of crafting table and is used for crafting a lot of items in this mod.

Statues are fun blocks that can not be crafted and can only be found in dungeon loot chests. When renamed in the anvil statues will take on the form of that player when placed. (Warning: Case sensitive!) When powered with a redstone current a lost soul will break free from the statue and attack the player if they are not in creative. Note that the lost soul will take on the form of the player that the statue is named after. If no name is present the form taken will be a default skin provided by the mod and if an incorrect name is used a steve skin will be used.
Lost souls are a new mob in this mod. Lost souls spawn in the world at night and are hostile towards the player. If a Lost Soul spawn egg is renamed in an anvil after a player; the lost soul will take the form of that player. This can also be done by using the new Name Tag item in vanilla minecraft. Please note that when naming a lost soul after a player the name needs to be case sensitive or else you will end up with steve. If no name is given it will use a default skin provided by me. Lost souls will drop rotten flesh and sometimes iron! When the player dies a lost soul will be spawned using that players name. Lost souls are in the Player type soul group.
The zombie pig and zombie spider are part of the work in progress necromancy system. They behave exactly like normal zombies and will drop the same drops as normal zombies. They have a rare chance of spawning at night. These two mobs are in the Undead soul group. Just like normal zombies these zombies have small child forms. If a child zombie is spawned it does not burn in sunlight.
Soul bottles are a key item in the early game usage of this mod. Soul bottles are the first of two ways to get souls in this mod. Soul bottles will capture the soul of a mob when that mob is killed. This has a 100% rate of soul capture however it will only work as long as the mob being killed is in a soul group. To get a soul out of a bottle the bottle must be placed in any crafting grid. (2x2 player grid, 3x3 crafting table or the 5x5 soul table) When getting the soul out of the bottle the bottle is destroyed!
Souls are an important part of the mod. Souls are broken up into several groups and can be obtained in several ways. The easiest way of obtaining souls is by killing mobs in the desired soul group while having a soul bottle in the inventory.
Souls are split into several groups depending on how they are obtained. This grouping system is used for several things such as the soul steal enchantment. It is important to know how to get certain souls because the souls are all used in special ways in the mod.
Peaceful - This group of soul is related to peaceful mobs. Some examples of mobs in this group are sheep, cows and pigs.
Undead - This group of soul is related to undead mobs. Some examples of mobs in this group are zombies and skeletons.
Clouded - This group of soul is related to mobs who have a dark soul. There are currently no mobs in this group.
Player -This group of soul is related to players. As of now only lost souls are in this group.
Hallow - This group of soul is related to divine type mobs. There is currently no mob in this group.

Candy is a type of item that is randomly dropped by certain mobs. Candy gives food points. Candy can be eaten even when the food bar is filled and will give the player a short speed boost. Candy can not be crafted.
The mobs who can drop candy are Spiders, Enderman, Skeletons, Bats and Witches.
The death gem is an item that can be crafted in the soul table. It is used to summon the reaper boss and will be consumed upon use.
The death scythe is an item obtained by killing the reaper boss. If obtained through combat this item will have soul steal I pre enchanted. This scythe does 3 hearts of damage.
The reaper boss is a boss that is spawned by using the death gem. The reaper boss has a chance to inflict blindness. He has 640 health (320 hearts) and does 6 damage.
Soul steal is an enchantment that can be obtained by enchanting a sword. Soul steal gives a chance for a soul to be dropped on the ground and rather than in the bottle. This is useful for if you don't have any soul bottles. If you kill a mob with soul steal you will NEVER get one in a bottle if a bottle is in your inventory. This is to prevent two souls from dropping at once. The death scythe comes with this enchantment by default.

A: For now I am going to be taking a bit of a break and would rather not be bothered with pack requests. If you insist on getting permissions pm me with the following information, Pack name, Pack link, Mod name. If you don't add this information your request will be deleted.

I have 2 questions, if for example CaptainSparklez changes his in game skin will the lost soul mob of his skin change too? And to add a lost soul version of a player do we need to ask you to add that player or can we just rename the mob egg to that player's name?

1) The texture files should update when a player updates their skin. You will likely have to reload the world similar to how the world must be reloaded to see new player skins on a server.
2) The skins are set by a lookup to the minecraft skin servers. This means it will work as long as you have a skin associated with your player on the skin server.

How about haunted houses (dungeons with hidden lost soul spawners) that spawn around the world, and maybe a scary forest and or graveyard biome that only spawns lost souls, hostile mobs, and bats?
