Hello! I'm currently playing in 1.7.10. Everything worked perfectly until suddenly a bug appeared!
When I change my model to a mob model, my skin stills shows and it is really ugly... How do I change that?
Please help :'(
Check your other mods, perhaps their is a conflict somewhere. This is an issue I've heard of before in 1.7.10 but I cannot recall any reasonings behind it.
Also, I am afraid that support for 1.7.10 has ended as 1.8 is in the works for release.
When will 1.8 ver function with optifine is there a alternative to optifine i can use until then?
1.8 BETA will work with Optifine once Noppes finds a solution for it.
As far as an Optifine alternative, I am not aware of one, sorry.

It may be because Smart Moving isn't compatible with MPM to start with. I ahve seen Render Player API and things like this also cause crash issues with MPM as well.
Uninstall these mods from your client and I bet the Crashes will stop. ;P
Also if you are using a 1.8 version of MPM, it is currently still incompatible with Optifine as well. The Parts will not render on your player.

Hmm, I've been running the 3 of them together (along with Optifine) for a long time.
I have Shaders installed as well, so, I don't know if one of them fixes the other.....
Anyways, I didn't notice the issue until I updated the 4 mods.
I'll try rolling back my MPM to see if that fixes it. Or try rolling back the APIs or Smart Moving.
I have another mod that lets me change my skin, so, I suppose I don't need MPM -- but, a shame to get rid of it.

It is 1.8 that has the issue with Optifine and with the new Render Changes in 1.8, there are a lot of possible reasons for incompatibilities between mods.
Optifine will be fixed eventually in MPM, but first it needs to come out of BETA of course. ;P
You have to keep in mind that with 1.8 alot of the rendering functions were changed within the game, which apparently is a reason that so many Modders either refused to update to it, or are incredibly delayed in doing so.
Perhaps this other mod that lets you change your skin, is one of the conflicts with MPM. After all, they are trying to perform the same functions, which is the sort of thing that just doesn't generally work well with others.
Hi You're right ^^ I tried without other mods and it worked... But I don't wanna try with every mod to see which one bugs everything
Thank you anyways!
What you can do from here, is start adding back the other Mods one, two or three at a time and try after that. If it still works after adding a couple, you can rule out the ones that you've added back to your client.
It's much easier to do this check this way, than trying to remove only bits and pieces here and there and returning them when the 'bug' isn't fixed.
Any mods that change the player model besides MPM would be a good start. Any Render Player API mods especially.. Those are often times a big cause reason for MPM (and the other mod) to not function well and even crash your game.

If production for 1.7.10 MPM has ended, please ignore this. If not, please continue.
I'm finding incompatibilities between MPM and the Gender Mod where if MPM is loaded, the gender mod will not render any style breast, but will still render the armor over said style. This bug doesn't change with any combination of mods added on top of it, but if out of 5000 mods, one is Gender and one MPM, the bug happens unless MPM is removed. I would prefer to keep both of them as my Anime character has wings (the character my skin is based off of), and without MPM, no wings, but without Gender, no vanilla-looking breast shape (I like to keep a vanilla feel in my gameplay, but still have a lot of stuff). If it would be possible, I hope you can get them 100% compatible rather than 95%. Thanks in advance.
team up with iPixeli and combine your mods. you could choose the style with "Micropixels: Yes/No" in the breast option, allowing you to choose this style or Gender's style. You could also have an option for gender and age, rather than having to change the model size or damage sound to match.
2:
add a command that is only available if the mod is enabled serverside (or always in singleplayer) that does this:
require all players to have the mod
change the hitbox of the players to match their model
ability for skin addons (wings, ears, etc. not snouts/beak) to be temporarly "cut off" until the player dies
What ik is Gender 1.0.5 (for 1.8) works perfectly with at least one beta MPM (been refusing to update bc of a certain axis bug in it that I prefer; not tested yet for anything newer, don't know which version), so ik its possible. just find how iPixeli changed her mod for compatibility and try to find a similar-function code pair, like 2+3=5 for the original, and 4+1=5 for the remake

MPM is an Aesthetics Mod ONLY. No changes to a hit box, or alterations of the way the player interacts in-game will EVER happen. This has been suggested/requested A LOT.
If the Mod is on Server, since it provides no actual interaction changes, this is why it is not required that all players have it. It will not be changed to force players to use a Mod that is only for Appearance.
MPM also already has it's own Style of Breasts that a one or two of them are still very Minecraft feel to it. There are a total of 3 breast styles to MPM, one of them being the original "block" style that can still be used.
As it sounds now, MPM has everything "genders" does and then some. So I cannot help but to personally question what it is that "Genders" has that makes you really want to continue to use it at all, let alone WITH MPM?
Support for 1.7.10 has indeed stopped, progress on 1.8 has already been started and BETAs released.
"Teaming Up" with other Mod Developers isn't likely, more times than not it becomes rather difficult to convey information (I would think) and agree on certain things. I would also think it would determine some kind of "code match" to make them entirely compatible in this sense, and this can often be it's own problem too. For something like that, it would just be a collaboration of a single Mod or finding ways to allow one mod's function to take over instead, which when it comes to rendering parts on a player... Isn't possible.
As I've said multiple times to people requesting this sort of thing, it's like trying to plug too many electronics into an outlet. They aren't all going to fit. Player Renders are the single outlet and the Mods adding parts are the Machine you're plugging in. It just doesn't work out.. ;P I'm afraid you will only ever be able to get "Gender Breasts" or "MPM Wings" in this case, since there is no possible way (ever) to make them both play nicely.

team up with iPixeli and combine your mods. you could choose the style with "Micropixels: Yes/No" in the breast option, allowing you to choose this style or Gender's style.
More and more mods edit the playermodel Im not gonna add compatiblity for them all. Youll have to wait for either forge or minecraft to make it easier for these kinds of mods to not conflict. Though I doubt it will happen.

Roughly 95% of Minecraft players hate Villagers and would be very happy if they were removed. If you are one of the 5% who actually like villagers, copy this into your signature and hope it never happens. ~EnderDude124
I found a really big problem, it wont let me go to the creator screen.. I press F12 and it just stops my MC. How can I change this? Or can you please fix it... I am on a Mac Book. So it would help a lot if you could fix it.
It is always showing
it shows all the time now
Hello! I'm currently playing in 1.7.10. Everything worked perfectly until suddenly a bug appeared!
When I change my model to a mob model, my skin stills shows and it is really ugly... How do I change that?
Please help :'(
When will 1.8 ver function with optifine is there a alternative to optifine i can use until then?
Check your other mods, perhaps their is a conflict somewhere. This is an issue I've heard of before in 1.7.10 but I cannot recall any reasonings behind it.
Also, I am afraid that support for 1.7.10 has ended as 1.8 is in the works for release.
1.8 BETA will work with Optifine once Noppes finds a solution for it.
As far as an Optifine alternative, I am not aware of one, sorry.

Hey Noppes,
First off, sorry for the logs, they are huge -- my DropBox got mauled when I mirrored the 4080 intel drivers for 4th/5th gen cards and I posted an Optifine compatible release of Better Foliage..
I just updated MPM2, Custom NPCs, Smart Moving, Player API, Render Player API, and Render Player API Enchancer.
MC loads to the main screen, but as soon as I load a world (new or old), the below crash occurs. Have you seen this error creep up from Smart Moving?
I tried removing the RP API Enhancer because it says that it can cause issues, but the same crash occurs.

I personally really like this mod! You can do anything with your Steve !! 1! fashion I put 10000/5

Hi You're right ^^ I tried without other mods and it worked... But I don't wanna try with every mod to see which one bugs everything
Thank you anyways!
So from these pictures i know the person is Japanese or something just a language with symbols.

2 Suggestions:
1: Suggestion involving my last post:
team up with iPixeli and combine your mods. you could choose the style with "Micropixels: Yes/No" in the breast option, allowing you to choose this style or Gender's style. You could also have an option for gender and age, rather than having to change the model size or damage sound to match.
2:
add a command that is only available if the mod is enabled serverside (or always in singleplayer) that does this:
Both mods change the player model directly. They simply can't work together as far as I'm aware.
MPM already has breasts included.
Hitboxes has been suggested before and last I recall, was a no-no according to the author.

Go to your MorePlayerModels.cfg and turn on compatibiltymode.

This is what happens
