I have a few requests:
1. The ability to turn off items/blocks we do not like.
2. Add them to the actual tree, connect them.
3. Add the option to remove the "[TT]" in the descriptions.

Now for the aspects that are used to transmute the item, a 1 for 1 basis dosen't feel very thaumcrafty to me. I remember in TC2 the cost of duping an item was 5 times the cost of the item if it was tossed in a crucible. Now if the aspect cost was at least doubled that'd be rather fair.
Everything else in this mod fits in very well and I look forward to using them soon.

I think the Arcane Transmutators is really quite overpowered, I mean you can easily craft infinite diamonds from it (so silver leaves doesnt cost that much and you can farm them really easy) and I dont even mention the Mod Support so a Redstone Energycell cost that little?
Your mod seems nice but can you add a config option to disable the Arcane Transmutators, I want balance on my server not EE2.5 :/
EDIT: Or a config option to increase the costs of Vis by percent (I want every transmutation costs at least 2.5k ) and the cost of aspects by 500%! I dont want to say that everyone has to play with this so my request is a config option for balancing
There is a cost to using the Transmutor, ontop of the vis cost there is an aspect cost, any item you try to make cost 4 times what you would get from it, so for example if I wanted to make a chest (which has 4 Vacuous and 2 Lignum) it costs 16 Vacuous and 8 Lignum.
I see your point about a config option and I do have an idea for it that I keep forgetting to tell Vaz.
Love this addon and i thank you for it sir, but I find the fact that you can basically get Warded Stone for free kinda unbalancing, can I ask you to fix this as it feels kinda cheaty to me, thank you.
If you don't mind me asking how are you getting Warded Stone for free, that should not be possible unless theres a bug somewhere we didn't find.
So can someone please explain how to get this to work for 1.5.1 or will i have to update to 1.5.2? will forge versions for 1.5.2 work for MC 1.5.1?
You'll have to update to 1.5.2, sorry, this addon was created with Thaumcraft 3.0.5 on Minecraft 1.5.2 and some of the internals of Thaumcraft changed between 3.0.4 and 3.0.5.

Like Lfty above the Transmutor is not a 1 to 1 exchange, there is quite a cost to it, but I'll see what Vaz thinks about my idea to make this more adaptable to people wants.

For your sake, I would move my save files and attempt the move to 1.5.2, but i'm not sure what mods you have on(I for one have to do without Mo' Creatures stable build which is a blessing and a curse). Most mods aren't adding new material to older versions, and Thaum3 added some cool content with 3.0.5a, also you get to get this addon that rocks pretty well.

Anyone else remember the void ingots and all the nice tools and armor that came from that? Since TT brought back some of the old Thaumcraft 2 stuff already void tier tools and armor would be awesome Perhaps it could be made by infusing some thaumium ingots with the dark and/or mutatio aspect and the tools and armor would function just like diamond tier but have the durability of iron tier?
We're trying Thaumic Tinkerer in a modpack on our server and we're running across a weird issue. We also have Biomes O'Plenty, and when we right click on a Berry Bush, we instantly get an infernal bracelet... no errors logs or anything.
Is there a way to pick up the glowgas?
Like I said earlier, I accidentally lit an area that has mood lighting, and...yeah.
I think clicking on the "source block" with an empty phial would be a good method of picking it up, but the permanence at the moment is kind of a drag.
Which is also the point, I know, but having SOME method of picking it up would be nice.
I also have some misceallaneous suggestions:
"Tool Dynamism Tablet" is kind of a weird name. It doesn't really sound like it means anything.
I think something along the lines of "Arcane Animator" would be a little more thaumy, as well as getting the point of what it actually does across a little better. Plus, Arcane Animator has added alliterative appeal. Which is always awesome.
Maybe smokey quartz could be used in a recipe of sorts, instead of just being a building block?
Maybe some redstone block that detects aura or flux, for auto shut-off of bores or something if the aura dips too low, or flux gets too high.
I personally think the sword should do damage to mobs if you dash into them. You ARE swinging the sword like a maniac to fly, after all. Maybe reduced damage due to not really aiming where you're hitting. Either that or it stops your flight temporarily.
That's it for ideas at the moment. Feel free to use to your discretion or ignore, either or is fine with me.

Made a little hole, stuck the glowgas in the center, put a water bucket ALSO in the center and now I have some shiny water. Which is a pretty awesome effect, but a little worrying.
Didn't think about the stuff with the sword, good point. You could also probably get decent at dashing/attacking/resuming-the-dash instead. Ghast jousting, anyone?

I found that activating it near to the ground will stop the fall damage
