I have seen that problem in standard buildcraft if your using any of their code then it may be part of their mod and not yours
I've noticed a bug when you break the Mining Well Plus in creative or use redstone in motion to move it the orange digging pipes underneath it don't break.
Edit: I found that if I move it with a frame from Redstone in Motion I have to click reset work before it starts again
Another great thing you could add would be a way to adjust how much energy the quarry uses so we can throttle it to be lower energy or maybe super fast eg it can take 500 mj per tick or 30

We can easily use this to create infinite liquid. For example, we want to have infinite lava. We pump one lava source with fortune, that we throw in a liquid transposer. We fill a bucket with. Then, we throw the bucket of lava into a dispenser, we active it, and we just have to pump this again and again and again...
I just got another idea which is AWESOME :
When the pump will be up, you'll add something else please, which is the possibility to pump the liquid that the quarry interract with.
So, to add that option to the QP, we have to craft :
If gregtech is installed, we have to put QP and pumpPlus into an assembling machine, it'll create adv. QuarryPlus
If gregtech isn't installed, we have to put both into an assembly machine from BC.
You can add more difficulties : Even if gregtech is here, we must place it into an assembly machine, with diamond chipset, etc...
Then, when we place our adv. QP, we have to put a liquid tesseract / pipe / liquiduct next to the QP, and it'll automatically output the liquid that the QP will detect !!!
I have no intention of depending on gregtech.

Well in standard buildcraft the amount of energy you send to the device changes how fast it goes a standard quarry I believe will accept 100 MJ what I am proposing would be to have a thing in the interface that allows you to wither restrict how much energy is going in or maybe allow more to go in. I'm thinking a basic plus and minus button that allows you to select a number between lets say 10 and 500. so you cna basically control how fast the quarry will run.

Love your mod Ok one request and error to report... I am using turtles from computercraft to mine with mining wells. (I can show screen shots if you need to see) Anyways when using normal mining wells there isnt an issue. They place the well it digs and then they pick it up and move one forward... With miningwellplus the well sometimes gets destroyed when the turtle picks it up... Not sure why its not dropping all the time but it does work 99 percent of the time. Its just i keep finding a couple missing and never did before without the minging well plus. Onto my request Any chance the blocks can remember the settings after to pick them up? When i setup the mining wells they forget their settings once a turtle breaks it and places it back down. Not a huge issue so if its too hard I understand but it would be nice

Even with a good pc, the corrupted chunks are something which has always sadly be in Minecraft. For example, in version 1.4.6, I placed a pump into the nether. Then, when I came back, I didn't get any lava, I thought it was because I forget to place some chunk loader.
It wasn't the reason, the chunk was corrupted, all the stuff has gone.
Even a french youtuber who played from 1.0.0 from 1.6 (snapshots) and has finish his season, had a lot of corrupted chunks. It's like the "farlands" :
In vanilla, it looks like this ↑. The chunk is cracked on his surface. It has been since version 1.3, then, the chunk now reset, it doesn't cracked like this.
But they're still there, and I don't think Modjang will find a way to correct this bug.

First I set MiningWellPlus try to put some items to Inventory placed to next to MiningWellPlus.
And turtle has Inventory.
So MiningWellPlus put items to turtle.
It is not bug.
Next I make MiningWellPlus with suppose it placed by player.
So MiningWellPlus placed by turtle may not be normally.
(I don't know whether or not turtle place block like player.)
Last, setted blocks take big capacity.
So I don't want to MiningWellPlus remember it.
But if you want, I review it
By the way, I try PumpPlus with WaterWorld(SuperFlat World's preset has this one.).
Now, It works only start Minecraft with "-Xss" option.(I try -Xss 256M)
Otherwise, your minecraft is crashed.

Seems like an awesome mod so far. I love not having to babysit the bottom 10 levels to keep an eye out for diamonds to use my fortune 3 pick on. Small rendering problem though. The quarry is leaving ghost support beams all over the place.

Any chance you could make it configurable what enchants the quarry can accept? For example it would be nice to be able to turn off fortune&silktouch but enable efficiency.
Would it also be possible to be able to configure efficiency-enchanted quarry to use MORE power per-block and keep the speedup? I tried testing with the coefficent at 0.8 and at 2 but in both cases the speed was there but also the efficiency-one mined far more blocks per a fully-loaded redstone cell.
I'd also love to be able to have the max-enchanted quarry to consume a couple of hundred MJ per-block and still have the speed it currently has with efficiency 5. That would require for the quarry to be able to accept something like 1k MJ/t I believe.
