Hi sketaful, sorry if I ended up glossing over some of your questions. :/ But by the looks of it you must be referring to the healing bug that happens on MCPC servers. Yeah, that bug has been plaguing us for a while, and we're not quite sure what's causing it but we haven't touched it yet since it has to do with how the mod handles dinosaur health in general. As we are actively updating it to 1.6 right now, we're addressing that issue since with all the entity changes, now is a good a time as any to rewrite some of that entity code.

And I'm extremely grateful for everyone who chimes in with help on this thread, it helps immensely. :3

And as far as the 1.6 update goes, we are updating it! Yes, we know 1.7 is around the corner and no we don't care that it is!

Please update to 1.6.2!!!! I can't have a Jurassic Park without the dinos! Please Update before(a while before) the next Minecraft update comes out!

I extracted the folder "Fossil-Archaeology 1.5.2 Build 5.3.zip" opened it up, moved the "fossil" folder contained in mods into my pre-existing mods folder then moved the mcmod.info file into the same mods folder.

No need to unzip or move any mcmod file. Just drop "Fossil-Archaeology 1.5.2 Build 5.3.zip" into the /mods folder and run.

The mod doesn't work with 1.6 yet, if you'd like to play you'll have to use 1.5.2.

In my personal opinion I think th name "T Rex of the sea" suits mosasaurs and pliosaurs best because they lived at the same time as the dinosaurs so it makes more sense to make a comparison between them.

I'll be continuing to make models and the next couple of models I'm planning on doing are Iguanadon and Elasmotherium (giant woolly rhino) but I probably won't start on them yet because of heaps of school work
