This is a great mod, and addresses a particular problem with my style of play. I like things to look good, but I also want them to be functional. But there's not very much to do in your base so I end up with a bunch of empty rooms. Now I can fill up a decent-size base with rooms to organize and access stuff and they almost automatically look great too!
P.S. Chairs, yes! A stairchair or stairchair-on-a-stick looks so clunky next to your graceful tables. And tables often look a little strange without any kind of chair.
P.P.S An iron lamp (or any kind of less-ostentatious lamp) would be great too. I could easily live without dyed candles if that would help with the block count.

Geographicraft (formerly Climate Control) - Control climate, ocean, and land sizes; stop chunk walls; put modded biomes into Default worlds, and more!
RTG plus - All the beautiful terrain of RTG, plus varied and beautiful trees and forests.
More lights are always welcome. Torches get old fast. If you want to keep with an antique feeling, gas lamps like this could work, albeit more blocky.
.
All the torches in my base would get replaced with those. Exactly the aesthetic I've been looking for.

[Scott]: Things I have managed to get in the last five minutes, in order of ascending importance: cobblestone, planks, lapis lazuli, redstone, gold, coal, diamond. VERY LOST.
Nuchaz, you have said that you use ExtrabiomesXL and Foresty, yet you've only made add-ons for Biomes o' Plenty. Please support ExtrabiomesXL! I used to use Biomes o' Plenty, but I fell in love with ExtrabiomesXL after using it in FTB.

A double resolution texture pack that stays faithful to the original Minecraft textures.
For some reason, all of the blocks and items i place down turn dark. I'm not sure why. I tried re-downloading the mod, but it still does the same thing. Can anyone help?
I found a bug in BiblioCraft, (you might already know this) but in the armor stands if you press 1-9 to take armor out to specific hot bar slots it crashes sometimes. i don't know much about these things so im not sure if it's my fault or a bug. Please respond if you can so I know you saw this. Peace<3
Hello, I found a bug that crashs game and make world corrupted. If you try to hang head on armor stand then minecraft crashs and after loading world crashs, too Please fix it
Ever since I downloaded this mod and added it to the mods folder my Minecraft won't load up at all. It doesn't crash it just refuses to load. Is this mod incompatible with Zan's minimap/Optifine?

No. I needed to use a special downloader for the Optifine and the minimap mod will work as usual after you fix the Optifine problem. This video will help you. Its done in Lenux but works the same.

The latter. When I switch to a new resource pack, your decorations retain the vanilla wood look which may look out of place compared to 32x wood...
Ah, yeah, thats just how it is right now. I do have a plan to help that later on, but it'll be for a release after my next one because it's basically going to be a process of rebuilding all my models in OBJ format and UVW mapping the textures to the vanilla 16x texture sheet then I can just tell minecraft to use the default wood texture which will change with the texture pack.
-snip-
I just wanted the shelves on the left to connect. together. Just a cosmetic thing. Sorry for the confusion
Ah, I see what you mean by the shelves. A change relating to more adjustable block positioning that I plan to make in the future I think will help with that. That'll be one those things that will be easy to do after I move all my models to OBJ's.
I put the mod in that folder, the game started but I couldn't find any thing that the mod added
I haven't personally used magic launcher so I am not sure if that might be causing a problem, but if you only wish to run bibliocraft and other forge mods, it seems like it may be easier to just use the forge installerand the vanilla launcher. It is also easy to setup multiple profiles in the vanilla launcher for multiple mod setups if you so choose.

Indeed I do. There is an addon for Forestry as well as BoP, but EBXL is on the list. All in good time.

Thats odd, sounds like some sort of lighting issue. Are you using any other mods that effect lighting or rendering such as Optifine, shaders, or anything similar?

Thanks for the find!, I was unaware of this one. This is easily reproduced on my end and I don't think it will be any problem to fix, so that I will have in the next release.

This I was unable to reproduce. Are you using a custom head of some sort? I tried with all the vanilla and noticed a I has a texture error on the zombie head, but no crashes. Post a crash report if you can as well and I will take a look at it.

I've tested with Zan's before without problems, but I am not sure on the current state of compatibility with optifine. I haven't used Optifine on my regular games since 1.4.7 and haven't tested with it since 1.5 so I have no idea how it works with 1.6. I would recommend trying without optifine and seeing if it will work. Also check your .minecraft/crash-reports folder for a crash log. That may help shed some light on your situation.

I know this is unlikely but could you make an arrow bin and ammo boxes(I know ammo boxes are more then likely a no)
idea arrow bins would be sort of like a coat rack only with 4 quivers on them and only one block tall (can be stacked) each quiver can hold 2 stacks of arrows and drops them when right clicked.

That is indeed a cool looking lamp style. I'll have to keep this style in mind when I get around to adding a couple more lamp styles.

Horse armor stands is something I am kind of thinking about doing. Probably not for the next release, but as some point.

I was used Steve's head.
I uninstall Optifine and it runs perfectly. I guess Bibliocraft isn't compatible with Optifine

Awesome news, I can't wait for that update!
I don't think so but make a backup just in case
That I found was correct even though the video I found (and posted) earlier said it was.

Then my minecraft is broken because it didn't start up for me when I tried it with optifine but it did without it
