This probably isn't a bug and I'm stupid for doing it but I was able to put molten copper from the forge into a casting basin, and now I can't take it out (buckets, whatever). Is there not a copper block available yet? I think you should either add in those blocks, or make it so you can't pour molten metal that has no block into a casting basin.
Thanks in advance for reading.
Edit: Downloaded NEI to check out the item list for sure and you do have copper/etc blocks. So yeah, that was a bug of some sort. I had 94 ingots worth of liquid copper in my forge according to the gui, so I'm not sure why it didn't fill up. It didn't look full either. I also experienced another bug with the forge on singleplayer. If you diconnect/quit while it's still pouring into a mould, the pouring animation dissapears and you can't use the faucet again until you break and replace the casting table. Not sure if you lose any liquid metal from either bug, I never thought to check. So yeah..
Unable to create copper blocks, logging out while pouring into a mould breaks faucets, and I think there's a few rendering bugs with liquid metals and the lava. Lava I know for a fact takes either a while to update or updates when it's done processing ores. I also had a bug where I couldn't create anymore moulds for items using copper. I don't blame it on the copper, but for some reason it wasn't registering that the casting table was empty or something.
Another question, though.. Can you have multiple lava tanks on the forge and have it display correctly/use them all? Same goes for the whatchamajig ore inventory.
I think a cool idea would be a block that works like a hopper that you can add to the forge. That way we can have a buffer for ores while the current ones are being processed. Just a thought, I know hoppers work but I don't like how they obstruct the forge; it looks too awesome.
Good work, I love this mod and I can't imagine Minecraft without it! But I got some incompatibility issues.
Tinkers Construct crashes when I add OptiLeaves (to Mc.jar using Magic launcher) for some reason.

I'll be very happy if u make them compatible.
I posted this on BOP thread yesterday, but it may be relevant here as well (or maybe on the Natura thread, oh well). I had a blockid# conflict between some of the blocks in Biomes O' Plenty and some in Natura. Sucks because I really want to use Tinker's Construct and Natura in tandem, they're really nice vanilla-esque mods.
-No nugget mould for excess liquid metal nugget amounts
-No chunk mould for excess liquid metal chunk amounts
-Can put misc. items inside casting basin (I.E. Porkchop)
-Can put misc. items inside casting table without mould (I.E. TC swords)
-Shift-clicking tool parts into Tool Station puts parts into incorrect slots
-Smeltery controller GUI for lava not updating contents until they're used
-Smeltery controller GUI incorrect amounts of liquid metals/not updating after being used -Longsword right-click (lunge?) attack doesn't hit mobs, just jumps forward -Breaking Crafting Station with craftable recipe in place creates item when broken - Iron nugget for example -Unable to craft Tough Binding/Rod in Survival singleplayer (wood/stone, haven't tried others)
-Various typos/errors in the guide books (will edit this if I see more)
=="Materials and You Volume 2"
-Frying pan: "The Frying is a heavy weapon that uses..." Missing full name
=="Mighty Smelting"
-Recipes - ingredients' name displayed incorrectly, showing:
Brownstone: tile.metal.molten.tin.name, Clear Glass: tile.metal.molten.glass.name, Seared Stone: tile.molten.stone.name
Mod list when I found these bugs:
NEI + CodeChicken Core
Biomes O' Plenty
BiblioCraft + BiblioWoods BOP
Extra Utilities
Twilight Forest
VoxelMap/Rei's Minimap (swapped between the two)
Tinker's Construct (hurr)
FML + Forge 9.10.0.840
with the casting basin try clicking the faucet again because one click turns it on and another turns it off
Also are there any plans for adding the casting channels to 1.6 i love them!
It refused to pour anymore at all. I think it's a bug with the GUI on the smeltery controller showing incorrect values of lava/liquid metals inside the forge. Happened again except this time I took note of how many nuggets/ingots I had left. Really sucks that it pours out nuggets into an ingot mould just because the metal at the bottom of the tank has nuggets left. It should either refuse to put nuggets into the mould, or at least prioritize other liquid metals' ingots so you can make space for more liquid metals without losing random nugget amounts.
Few critiques + bugs I've found in the latest version (1.4dev.29):
-No nugget mould for excess liquid metal nugget amounts
-No chunk mould for excess liquid metal chunk amounts
-Can put misc. items inside casting basin (I.E. Porkchop)
-Can put misc. items inside casting table without mould (I.E. TC swords)
-Shift-clicking tool parts into Tool Station puts parts into incorrect slots
-Smeltery controller GUI for lava not updating contents until they're used
-Smeltery controller GUI incorrect amounts of liquid metals/not updating soon after being used -Longsword right-click (lunge?) attack doesn't hit mobs, just jumps forward -Breaking Crafting Station with craftable recipe in place finishes crafting recipe when broken (Iron ingot -> 9 nuggets, for example) -Unable to craft Tough Binding/Rod in Survival singleplayer (wood/stone, haven't tried others) -Tried to get rid of 1 molten iron chunk in forge with ingot mould (break table and replace after pouring), poured out all of my liquid metals without making any ingots... VISUAL/ANIMATION BUG -Unable to withdraw liquid metals with bucket - May be doinitrong
-Various typos/errors in the guide books (will edit this if I see more)
=="Materials and You Volume 2"
-Frying pan: "The Frying is a heavy weapon that uses..." Missing full name
-Scythe: Crafting recipe item pictures incorrect; has excavator head instead of scythe blade
=="Mighty Smelting"
-Recipes - ingredients' name displayed incorrectly, showing:
Brownstone: tile.metal.molten.tin.name, Clear Glass: tile.metal.molten.glass.name, Seared Stone: tile.molten.stone.name

*shakes fist* Flat-textured tools!
Updated this with loads of new stoof for you to check out. Enjoy.
This is something I've noticed every time I start a new world. Not that big of a deal but it's a pain if you forget about it every time. When you first craft a seared brick block sometimes the blocks will lag a bit and the correct number doesn't show up for a little while. I've had a few instances where it'll actually destroy all the blocks but one if I craft a 64 stack (number doesn't really matter, it'll do it to large stacks though). This has happened to me on both the latest dev and in the FTB modpacks.
Hey great mod, i love it and use it constantly now. I do now have a bug for you though, this is caused when placing moss in for a material in the part builder, not that this should happen all that often but i was just trying to find materials tried it and i crash.

I'm sorry to bother you about capes again, but I believe I did mine wrong last time. O.O Thanks for the guide, it helped me to rectify my issue. If it's not too much trouble, please reupload my cape.

Thanks for being patient!
I found kind of a bug with the most recent 1.6.2 dev version. I saw you fix your tools rendering but now everytime i have one in my hand if its enchanted with like luck and fortune 3 from lapis the glow drops my framerate from 30 to 10 everytime.
Keep up the good work Mdiyo!
I found a way to disable the enchant shine on tools. Arrows and daggers are still flat; they look terrible when thrown otherwise. I'm working on Casting Channels right now and TConstruct will have a stable 1.6.2 version when both of these are worked out.
The update after that's done should be interesting. I'm straying a bit out of the tech area and into magic. Raw crystalline magic!
MusicallyInspired: Ingot casts are no longer made in the Stencil Table.
TorakWolf: Arrows are being worked on. I'm seeing the same problem in both 1.5 and 1.6 versions.
Magician_DC: Other mods' crafting systems are strictly off-limits for TConstruct. There is a config setting for vanilla, but otherwise no.
Pigos2000: OptiLeaves messes with the jar in ways that runtime deobfuscation doesn't work with. I suggest you get a Forge version of it.
tpdatta: Your TConstruct version is outdated.
Minecraft10193: Yep, found a fix for it. Enchant shine is gone
is that a use for the glowstone ants (i know, i know, just being silly :P) i read you alluding to diyo? or maybe it's the essence berries instead... hmm... either way sounds cool
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
24 hours gone again, wasted in futility, welcome to minecraft modding, that is (unfortunately) our community.
(an ode to minecraft modding)
i keep making the same mistake, i think "oh, i've given them a few months, surely it'll be fixed by now" THAT is why i seem to ALWAYS be angry to some of you, my advice is to get the lead out.
there were nice things here, until the mod author threw a tantrum.

Are you running the latest version of OptiLeaves? (V1.2.5 for MC 1.6.2)
Also, you are using the forge version of OptiLeaves, correct?
Does natura modify the same class as OptiLeaves does? If so, there's why.
Hey is there a bug with chiseled blocks? Redstone seem to connect to them even though they shouldnt sometimes. For example it is impossible to get a redstone dot with endstone bricks.
Is anyone else finding the drains hard to automate? I find they tend to turn on for a second then shut off rather than stay on. This happens in both instances of redstone toggle (on for 15 seconds, then off for 1) and redstone activating (like a button, where power is on for only a moment).
No matter whether I use vanilla redstone or ComputerCraft or alloy wires I get the same result. Best method I've found is timers pointed directly at the drain and not the faucet.
Just right click on the drain faucet. If you want complete automation: rapid redstone clock should work.
Ooohhh, I wanna see what magical stuff you do mDiyo. Especially considering my server is a magic server (your mod being the absolute limit of what we allow for "tech").
Also, mind if I make a suggestion for capes? Have one of the armor slots in your armor GUI be one for a cape that you make, and our "personalized" capes are only shown if you either...
A. Check an in-GUI option for it
or
B. Apply a specific modifier to it (could be a modifier that doesn't consume a modifier slot to not hurt anyone for wanting to show off their design).
... while wearing a cape. If you don't agree, no prob, just an idea I was throwing out about them.
-Smeltery controller GUI for lava not updating contents until they're used
-Smeltery controller GUI incorrect amounts of liquid metals/not updating after being used
-Longsword right-click (lunge?) attack doesn't hit mobs, just jumps forward
-Breaking Crafting Station with craftable recipe in place creates item when broken - Iron nugget for example
-Unable to craft Tough Binding/Rod in Survival singleplayer (wood/stone, haven't tried others)
-Various typos/errors in the guide books (will edit this if I see more)
=="Materials and You Volume 2"
-Frying pan: "The Frying is a heavy weapon that uses..." Missing full name
=="Mighty Smelting"
-Recipes - ingredients' name displayed incorrectly, showing:
Brownstone: tile.metal.molten.tin.name, Clear Glass: tile.metal.molten.glass.name, Seared Stone: tile.molten.stone.name
Mod list when I found these bugs:
NEI + CodeChicken Core
Biomes O' Plenty
BiblioCraft + BiblioWoods BOP
Extra Utilities
Twilight Forest
VoxelMap/Rei's Minimap (swapped between the two)
Tinker's Construct (hurr)
FML + Forge 9.10.0.840
All the latest versions of these mods.
Will edit periodically if I see more bugs soon.
*shakes fist* Flat-textured tools!
Updated this with loads of new stoof for you to check out. Enjoy.

--- END ERROR REPORT 2f7bdcfa ----------
Thank you for all of your hard Work!!!
Um, The only thing cooler than that, would be an actual TConstruct Village Smeltery atop that Slime Island !!!
Minecraft Username: type1ninja
Cape: https://www.dropbox.com/s/0ufr1gtqktt1nl2/JeffCape.png
Thanks for being patient!
Keep up the good work Mdiyo!
Just right click on the drain faucet. If you want complete automation: rapid redstone clock should work.
But Still getting Huge Lag spikes opun opening the Inventory. I sometimes drop from 50 to 5. For a Second or two.
