Rifles can have bipod and foregrip but no straight pull bolt
Mgs -> same
sniper rifles can have EVERYTHING
So you would have more ways to customize a sniper than other types of guns... so the mod is going like this:
rifles -> foregrip
MGs -> bipod
sniper rifles (bolt, like SV98) -> straight pull bolt
sniper rifles (single shot, like SKS) -> also foregrip
pistols -> Im not shure... higher magsize or enhanced fire mode (auto)

In my opinion, the M16A3 should have a lower amount of recoil than the Ak-74M, and a higher damage on the Ak-74M. Also... the heavy barrel should really add half a heart of damage more on the rifles, seeing as it requires heavier ammo which puts more kinetic force on the target, causing more trauma. Everything else is perfectly fine! This mod is awesome. Also, if you need more information on the request to test V3, three of my friends (including me!) wish to beta-test it to help out in any way we can! Thanks!
Oh yeah, my friend had one more question, are you going to be adding in Kevlar vests or any more weapons after this update? because it would be really cool if you did! The kevlar vest could be able to be dyed so that teams could be distinguished! Just some ideas!

I finished the heavy MGs now and I changed the delay until you can stop breathing while scoping. I also reduced the dmg of sniper rifles.

The delay was pretty large, glad you tweaked it just enough! Can't wait for it!
The sniper rifle, in my opinion, was perfect. four -five hearts of damage unarmored and 3 hearts armored was perfect, so it really could've stayed the same in my opinion. Oh well, you probably did that for a reason, so no worries there I guess!

You should really use Multi MC, because then you can just stick it into your mods folder after installing the latest forge.
