So, Minecraft 1.6.1 just launched and now that I updated my Minecraft.
I just started to wonder how I'm going to use shaders on 1.6.1. This way I'd like to know if there's already a way to use it on 1.6.1 or if there's a preview of glsl shaders mod from karyonix to 1.6.1.

Have you read Sonic's page? He links to this mod in order for his to work.
I think he's talking about posting screenshots of Sonic's development shaders, which seeing as he's not providing people with a copy of those shaders, just showcasing the soon-to-be public release ... I would think it's fine.
Is this mod for 1.5.2 incompatible with IC2 on 1.5.2 ?
GLSL Shaders 1.46 is not compatible with IC2 / Railpower / EnderStorage due to the way that the textures are now loaded.. Karyonix is rebuilding the texture algorithm now that he knows how he fixed the issue with loading Normal & Specular maps.
You can roll back to Optifine Ultra D2 & GLSL Shaders 1.45.2, but you lose the POM/Bump Mapping (Normal maps / Specular maps).. Everything works fine there. You can grab them from the link in my sig if you want them.

Actually he has to wait for Optifine to be updated.
Oh and, that's rude as hell. He has a life, you know, he's not a machine that updates his mods just for you. Give him some time.
OptiFine (Necessary for this mod) has not been updated yet... OptiFine changes the way the world is loaded Client side... Therefore many class files are changed, In doing so, world loading is changed, and this mod is a very extreme overhaul to world loading Client side... Therefore, this mod cannot and will not be updates until OptiFine has a 1.6.1 build.
At the time of this reply, OptiFine is at 80% completion.

If not, I'll just stick with D3, it's not a big deal.

Looks like K25, maybe L2 (nVidia only), or M5/6.

There aren't any versions of Optifine 1.5.2 Ultra D5 yet, sorry..
