Yes, but to no avail. I appreciate the help given and will keep trying. However, I think I'll just wait until further updates. Go go go karyonix! Thank you for your diligence and dedication.
After a lot of trials, I managed to successfully install the 1.8 shaders mod in a different directory (Without any editing of files) with liteloader and optifine. before starting, make sure liteloader 1.8 is installed. If there was a way to do this a lot easier, I would feel like an idiot for doing all of this work.
Here are the steps: 1. Extract the files in the 1.8 installer into somewhere that you can easily access. In this case, I will use the desktop. The files you will need are the jar files in the installer- the shader core and asm-all-4.1
2. Follow a directory like this (This will work with separate hard drives, usb drives, etc as well): C:\...\<Where Minecraft is installed>\libraries\org\ow2\asm\asm-all\4.1\
3. Copy and paste the asm-all file from the extracted shaders mod files into the directory above. It will replace the file in this directory (I do not know if this affects the mod itself, but do this in case it doesn't go well. If the folder isn't found, create one!)
4. Drag the optifine and shaders core (The earlier extracted file) jar into the following directory. It is similar to the earlier directory. Directory: C:\...\<Where Minecraft is installed>\mods\1.8\
5. Run the game and it should work!
This doesn't work with forge as the mod isn't compatible. I do not know if this works with MultiMC, but I assume it does. The MultiMC libraries folder is loaded from a different directory, directly in the "root" of the main MultiMC folder. This is only for people who want to get both the shaders and optifine mod working with liteloader in a different directory. As I don't see an easy way to edit the parameters for the directory, use this method for now.
Edit: If you are trying to use Zan's Minimap for Liteloader, it shows the terrain (Just the terrrain) of the world as a black space.
I couldn't resist trying again. I want this to work! Anyways, I might have identified something different with what I was doing. When going into the directory: \libraries\org\ow2\asm\asm-all\ 4.1 was not a folder, rather 5.0.3. This seems to be the only difference. When trying to launch minecraft under the Liteloader profile, it just closes the entire launcher. No "not responding" message or error log, just instant program ending. Thoughts?
How about using the latest shader mod installer, since Karyonix did add the option to install with Optifine?
You really should pay attention to the thread i happened just ... 18 hours ago.
I've paid a lot of attention. If you look at that post, you can see I posted right after in response to those posts. I had a couple of posts stating how the new installer was doing nothing for me. I know my technological ignorance has shown brightly through in my posts, but I resent the implication that I'm not paying attention to the thread. I see the posts and I'm responding to them attempting to troubleshoot my issues with your help, as well as herobrines help. I'm sorry if I'm bothering you with my questions, but the current solutions aren't working for me, as stated before.
Let's back up a bit. You install latest Optifine with it's installer. Then you install Shader mod with the latest installer. This should create a combined Optifine/shaders profile. You don't have that?
Correct. I am:
1. Installing OptiFine 1.8.1_HD_U_B6 with the installer. No problem, I run it and it says installation complete.
2. Installing the Shader Mod (from the main page of this thread) and getting this message:
" Version 1.8 -> 1.8-ShadersMod2.4.6
Add profile 1.8-ShadersMod for version 1.8-ShadersMod2.4.6
Cannot find version 1.8-Optifine_HD_U_B6 .. skip
complete"
It appears to be not combining the profiles. The available profiles I have are:
1.8-ShadersMod
LiteLoader (from attempting to do this process with LiteLoader from steps herobrine laid out)
Optifine

oh, whoops, wrong crash report, but i dont know what happened, it just suddenly started working, so problem solved?
it seems that its my graphics card(amd r9 290) is running catalyst 14.12, im suspecting thats the issue after carefully reading the conditions for amd drivers thats the best i can think of
And the fact you're apparently the only person experiencing it suggest it might not be necessarily a bug in the mod. Much less an "obvious" one.
I apologize. Somehow, just this once, my settings DID save, so my texture sheet is no longer corrupted. So it's obviously a very nasty bug that only occurs sometimes.
Though everybody I know has the issue of settings not saving, it's not an issue for them as they have beefy GPU's that can handle the defaults well.

I can't run this mod at all for some reason, I've tried like 10 different shader packs, including Sonic Ether's Unbelievable Shaders, Sildurs Vibrant Shaders, and even Paolos Lagless Shaders, but I still get around 20 FPS no matter what pack I use, and when I play Minecraft without shaders, I get around 80-130 FPS.
These are my computer's specs:
AMD FX-4130 Quad-Core Processor 3.80 GHz
8 GB of RAM
64-bit Operating System
And I've allocated 3 GB of RAM to Minecraft. I would say that I've got a pretty good PC, so I have no idea why I get so much lag when I use shaders, can someone please help me out?

I forgot to mention, my Graphics Card is an Nvidia GeForce GT 610.

See page 1 OP: "You can expect low frame rate if your computer cannot get more than 200 FPS from vanilla Minecraft"
Be thankful you can even get to 20 fps with that GPU.

Is there any reason that the install would say it works but still end up with no 1.8 shader profile? It always says it installed correctly, yet it has not. Is there a way to install this the old fashion way?
ShadersMod v2.4.7 Non-Forge Edition Installer for Minecraft 1.8 (updated 2015-01-12) Download1 or 2
Release Note
-- The installer is updated 2015-01-31 for installation with OptiFine OptiFine_1.8.0_HD_U_C7.
-- It can work with OptiFine_1.8.0_HD_U_C7 (install OptiFine before ShadersMod) but has some graphics glitch.
---- You should disable connected texture in OptiFine option.
-- Forge/FML can load it from mods folder but it still has some graphics glitch.
---- It is normal that ShadersMod does not appear in Forge/FML mod list.
Recent Change
-- Change: Add a second set of textures for use as draw buffer and swap output/input textures after written to.
-- Fixed: Water glitch in SEUS 10.1.
-- Change: New shadow pass clipping formula
-- Fixed: Far away chunks are not rendered in v2.4.6
-- Change: Mod and installer are merged in one jar, so I don't add the word "installer" at the end of file name.
-- Change: Use ASM 5.0.3 instead of 4.1 from previous version
-- Change: ASM library is not included in installer
Known issues
-- Mobs do not flash red when hit. Creepers do not flash when they are about to explode.
-- Vanilla lighting are not completely eliminated when "old lighting" option is off.
-- With OptiFine, connected texture does not work.
-- With Forge, player, animal, mob shadows are not visible.

im using FTB monster mod pack and have followed all the instructions the the tutorials made for installing the shadermod on FTB
im also guessing that the answer may be that optifine is the culprit
