Can you try updating your Forge to 10.12.2.1147 or 10.12.2.1161?
I see you are not running Optifine, so, I cannot tell which video card or driver version you are running.. Can you drop Optifine 1.7.2 Ultra D1 into your mods folder with ShadersModCore.
Another quick question, if you don't mind. It seems I can only run Forge OR Optifine, as when I run forge there are no Optifine setting and vice-versa. How would I run both simultaneously?
You just put the Optifine JAR into the mods folder with ShadersModCore (do not double-click on it and install it).

I downloaded the newer ShadersModCore-v2.3.17-mc1.7.10-f1160.jar, and I can confirm that my Jelly World shader still has the flat shading on my character as well as plants not bouncing about while planted in flower pots.

1. Shading on character.
Minecraft use fixed function pipeline to calculate shading effect.
It seems Minecraft use flat shading model and 2 diffuse light sources for rendering.
When you use GLSL shader, the fixed function pipeline does not work.
You may imitate vanilla lighting by calculating the lighting effect in your fragment shader.
Uses the gl_LightSource variables.
See this tutorial : http://www.opengl.org/sdk/docs/tutorials/ClockworkCoders/lighting.php
2. Plants not bouncing about while planted in flower pots.
This can be fixed in ShadersMod.
EDIT: This is fixed in my development build. Next version will be released in around Friday.
#1: Intel HD Graphics isn't the best option for shaders, you're not going to have a very pleasant experience.
#2: The log is for 1.7.10, even though you just posted pictures of 1.7.2
I KNow, i just updated my shaders and forge as the guy telled me.
I have a hunch you are using Antialiasing or Intel video...

Besides the point though. If you're using Intel Graphics, this mod will not work for you. You need a dedicated card like the GTX 650 or the Radeon 7700.
NOTE: I asked you to update your Forge to build 1147 or 1161 (1.7.2), not upgrade to 1.7.10. Either way, 1.7.10 is probably the way to go, seeing as it will include the heartbeat bug fix, and give you support to play online.
You're going to have to rollback your video drivers from 34XX to a 33XX build. I've done this on Windows 7 & 8.1 without problems (on a NB and a Surface).
It will work just fine, but your selection of shaders is very small. Sildur's are great, and will likely do exactly what you want (without you having to go out and buy a video card).
The instructions for this are on page 379, but also a few pages back. I'll get you a link.
EDIT2: Just checked your log, can you drop Optifine 1.7.10 Ultra A3 into the mods folder with GLSL Shaders? It'll help you out with performance, but also provides much more detail in the logs as to your system config (even though you provided that for us, tyvm btw!). The above fix should resolve your issue.
Use minecraft Launcher. Run Minecraft 1.7.10 at least once and close it.
Also close Minecraft Launcher before you run this installer.
If you want to install this together with OptiFine, run OptiFine installer before ShadersMod installer.
This installer can detect installed OptiFine_1.7.10_HD_U_A2. It will add a separated profile for OptiFine+ShadersMod.
The installer is executable jar file. Double-click it to run.
If your computer doesn't associate .jar file properly, you may have to run java from command line or batch file.
java -jar ShadersMod-v2.3.16mc1.7.10-installer.jar
After you run installer successfully:
Open Minecraft Launcher. Select Profile 1.7.10-ShadersMod or 1.7.10-OptiFine-ShadersMod and click Play.
Open Option screen. There should be Shaders button. Click it to open Shaders screen.
You also need shaderpack for use with this mod.
Download and copy shaderpack zip file to shaderpacks folder in minecraft folder.
You can select shaderpack in Shaders screen.

Do you have any NVidia graphics cards instsalled, many issues with shaders is due to the lack of a good enough graphics card, but if you are only using optifine and the shaders mod, try installling the non-forge version of optifine for 1.7.10 than install the non-forge shaders mod for 1.7.10, and the issue might be due to not allocating enough memory.
I am having this weird problem with this shader pack with Optifine installed. My whole screen is black while in a world. But without Optifine, the shaderpack works fine. I would appreciate it if anyone would help me fix this problem!

Sorry for my bad english.
Can you update your Forge to the latest 1147 or 1161 (you need to click on the 1.7.2 link for 1161)?
Also, grab Optifine 1.7.2 Ultra D1 from here: http://adf.ly/404181/optifined.net/adloadx.php?f=OptiFine_1.7.2_HD_U_D1.jar
Then fire up MC, load a world, save & quit (if you can), and then exit MC.
Go to %appdata%\.minecraft\logs and post your fml-client-latest.log to paste.ee and link it here please.
I have a hunch you are using Antialiasing or Intel video...

Does anyone know where I can find the link?
Hmm, something must have happened to the download, perhaps he's having problems with it?
It was post# 7981, which has been removed since Friday.
An evil doer marked the post as spam and the link is missing from the OP. Here is the post that got deleted:
