Corrected, I apoligize, quite a few of the servers I manage are undergoing a migration which is putting a heavy load on the few I have left to hold everything together. Just keep checking back if you have issues, I am keeping an eye on things as I bring our servers back up.

I assume you have pressed '.' and selected Alternate Render Method and/or High Compatibility Rendering? If this does not work, please provide a list of your mods.
Damage Indicators simply displays the health that minecraft says they have. Override the getMaxHealth function and return the mobs max health, in order for them to spawn with their correct max health. Damage indicators simply exposes a bug the mod already had.

That was more directed at the maker of the mod, but it appears he does it in bukkit, so I am not fully sure exactly what can be done about it. The issue is that the client, you, are not getting an accurate initial health. If the value does not return to full after they take damage, try throwing a regeneration potion on it. If it heals, that means the plugin is not setting the mob to its modified max health. Damage indicators does not change the behavior of mobs at all, it simply displays the information already there.
ok there seems to be a couple issues with the daleks. the special weapons dalek does not say exterminate, no sound at all from it, and the sound repetition needs to be upped a bit, they just sit there mostly silent, even when attacking

It seems I have stubled upon a bug: I have disabled the pop-offs but the "Critical" pop-off still appears.

The skin is not showing, only the mob and the health...

There are only three for everybody unless you make or download another one. It only comes with three and one of them is nothing like in your picture.
That's what im saying, I dowload the mod, put it in with forge and optifine and choose clean...

Check the box High Compatibility Rendering at the bottom of the repositioning gui.
