You have installed the mod in 2 places! Either twice in your mods folder or once in mods folder and once in .jar.
I am really loving this mod. But I think the build block is a little unnescessary. can you have it so we just place the Huts/Towers like the castle.
Also I think that the archer bow is a little too OP. It should be an Long Range weapon. Currently someone can run in and own anybody 7 blocks away. It should be slower, more accurate and longer ranged.

One more thing, can you make some kind of class based item giver. Ex. You right click on an item rack and it gives you all scout items.
Speaking of scout, they should have a stronger weapon. If they only get one stealth potion (which i believe should be 3), they should at least do more damage. I was thinking slightly less than a knight would be good.

The build block is there to stop buildings from merging together. Without it a lot of servers would suffer unwanted grief.
