I was playing Minecraft today and was trying the /kill command, and realised you can't /kill anyone but yourself. Personally, I don't think thats right. So I made my own command. /killp. Use as /killp (YOURSELF) (OTHER PLAYER).
You don't need Modloader, or anything like that. Just put these 2 files into ".minecraft/bin/minecraft.jar" and delete your Meta-INF and you should be good to go!
i'll take your word for it, but i don't use 1.3.1, the update seems pointless to me, im more of the hardway sneak up on somebody and punch em into a lava pit type of guy. But if i ever update i'll look this mod up.

Are you actually coding these mods? If you are, I'm surprised you didn't know about the data tag rm which allows you to do things to entities outside of a certain radius. Like a said earlier, you could just do /kill @a[rm=1] to kill everyone but you outside of a radius of 1 block.

OMG! I was just messing around and found out that you can kill everyone but yourself without radius! it's /kill @e[name=!(your username)] ! I realize this post was a long time ago but if you ever need to troll and kill everyone but yourself, you can just do that!
