I have that issue too. But it isn't caused by buildcraft. Does anyone know why this is happening?
Edit: My problem is them being with missing textures. So it is not the same actually.

No I didn't have issues with ores. The first time I installed Mekanism 6.0.0 I did nothing with the config file, and all kinds of weird things happened. But after I changed all the id's to the old ones, it worked good. I still had all my ores and ingots.
Perhaps you are seeing something I am not. It still tells me I cannot connect, and that the server is undergoing maintenance. Maybe it's something on my end. Thank you though
Try using Internet Explorer or Firefox. I just connected to the link I sent you with no problem.
Hello, your mod is the best we currently have and am very happy to use it, but to update it from version 5.7 to 6.0.2 had a bug with Dirti dust and clumps, is a visual bug and items cited above are functional but are invisible without texture how to fix this?

I've got the same issue. It is caused by a clash with another mod. Though I couldn't figure out which mod causes it.

to solve the problem just delete the file from the MOD setting and open the game to create a new file created as well with the updated mod everything goes back to normal I have helped who was having the same problem
I'm pretty new to Mekanism and so far I really enjoy it. I was a big Rotarycraft player so its nice to see more than just the usual 2x ore system. I really like the work needed to get to 5x and I agree with the post earlier that having diamond processing at that level would be awesome. I'm using a ton of mods with my first Mekanism playthrough now and I have no issues to report at all. So far everything is working very smoothly. I do have one question regarding Osmium though. Forgive me if this is has been answered but I was wondering why there is no Tinker's Construct support for smelting Osmium or Applied Energistics hand crank support?
I for one , am going to stick to the older version , It worked well and I had no problems with it. The end user shouldnt have to change the IDs that came with the mod to just get it working .

Can anyone tell me what it is that the two modules add to the main mod? There doesn't appear to be any information at all anywhere detailing what each module actually adds.
I did the 5x structure, but now I can process just some ore and it's sloooow. I don't use it so much because I don't need so much iron and I can't wait hours for it. But if I could do that with diamonds it would be cool.

One way to look at this is being a great opportunity for players to make more personalized decisions within their logistics and processing systems. Ore that is rather common, such as iron, copper and possibly tin could be routed through a 3x system, while the more rare ores such as gold, diamonds, emeralds, etc. should be encouraged to run through the 5x system. It's slower, but the amount of incoming ore compared to the common ores is much lower.
I like the idea of gem processing. I would even be okay with needing to configure the 5x system to be more tailored towards gem vs. ore processing by way of upgrades. I wonder how Aidan feels about this.

MekanismGenerators adds Generators to the game (Heat, Solar, Wind), MekanismTools adds the tools to the game.
How do you activate the scuba tank, I have a set and it's full of oxygen but it's not working and saids that the flowing mode is off. I love this mod but I have to say the documentation is pretty bad at the moment. Also I am using a gas mask as well

It's a keybind. To know it: Press ESC to open Game Menu > Options...> Controls... > Mekanism Mode Switch, it's that key. If that key is being used by other command, assing a new key.
Hey I'm running into a strange crash problem with Mekanism. One of the players on my server discovered that, if they break a universal cable while it still has power in it, it can crash the server. Specifically, they had a basic universal cable connecting an IC2 solar panel to a macerator, and the server went down when they broke the cable while the other two blocks were still in place and the cable still held some energy.
I am using a pretty large modpack (specifically, FTB Monster v1.0.9 with ICBM, Mekanism and Atomic Science added, and their dependencies updated to latest versions -- you can see all the version numbers in the crash report) so I imagine some other mod is causing problems here. Any idea what's causing it? Any help would be much appreciated.
Where did the universal cable go to? I have mekanism & mekanism generators & mekanism tools 6.0.3.21 installed and there is no universal cable or any other transport pipes. Do i have the wrong version or am I missing something?

Make sure the files weren't cut out or corrupted while downloading. Try deleting the files and redownload them again. I had this problem too.
