Hello, if anyone knows. I tried to download 295 for 1.10.2. The ad website tried to F me over when I have an adblocker and I know computers. The ad website tried to tell me I have a virus and tried to block me and break my computer through the browser.
Can you move the download or I won't use mekanism again. I don't care that you need money from ad links like that. I'm not stupid. I was pissed that an ad website can do that. They tried to break my computer from there ad website. I have an ad blocker. I'm not stupid. My computer is fine. I know computers. Move the mod link or lose a mekanism player for your bad placement of mods on your website to by pass ads and pissing players off. I have been through this with other mods, but never to this level with an ad website. Put if on curse or I will never use mekanism again. This pisses me off. Or I will spread this and when things start they mean something later. You know that. I know that. Now please move the downloads or I will quit. FFS. Seriously its a Minecraft Mod all of all things. No wonder vanilla is safer. FT Seriously. I HAVE PLAYED MODS AS MUCH AS MOST PEOPLE, NOT BRAGGING JUST MAKING A POINT. IS MODDING SAFE NOW. WHO KNOWS. Seriously. AIDAN C BRADY DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!
You are acting like a spoiled child... Calm down relax read the site to learn how to gain access to the direct down load or learn how to bypass ad sites if they are giving you a problem.
Forge uses an ad site and some times my adblock software has issues downloading new forge downloads but there is always work arounds if you calmly take the time to learn them. (no i will not be posting how to bypass an ad site do to it negatively affecting authors)

Look I apologise, I had a bad day and I shouldn't have done that. Its just I forget how to do things when I haven't done them in a long while. And when I see these sites (aidancbrady, chickenbones, forge) and the sites that repost that do silly things I forget. Thanks for the responses. Have a good day. Yes the internet is not the place to do things like this but I haven't been myself. Also while I don't hate the donations and the time period which is awesome thinking it over. I'm not much of an online user for servers so its useless to me. And while dev builds are nice I want to help authors with bug fixes and so on in a certain way and as I'm not a server person it doesn't work for me. Think what you will. Sorry if off track. I don't trust online handling of money as I am not too used to it. I don't hate it just not used to it. I will not likely use the mod that often for it to benefit me. I'd love to support the author but I don't like to do things like that and forget where I put it later. Besides I don't use mods like this or other mainstream mods anymore until updates a long time later probably most of the year. So I never need to look for them for a long time, a really long time. Mostly another version or two.
Also you can bypass forge with curse launcher really which is ok I guess if ads are a concern, but for those that don't use it and use other launchers and other mod sources. I used to too. I agree, your not wrong there.
Also I go to the download site first. Select a download, the first being mekanism itself of course. But get redirected. Yes there is the donation but I am not there frequent so its sadly not going to be much to me. So I'll just drop mekanism for now and rethink properly over later like I mentioned before where I convinced myself there. Hi! I hope someone can assist me here. A bit of an odd one this is. I make an Elite, then an Advanced to be sure it wasn't just Elite, Crusher. I put in iron ore, wire it to power, and it just sits there doing nothing. The green power bar shows full so it's getting power, but it's not turning the iron ore into iron dust. So what am I doing wrong ?

-The Chemical Dissolution/Chemical Washer & Chemical Crystallizer for x5,
-Chemical Injection Chamber for x4,
-Purification Chamber & Crusher for x3 (crusher is used for clumps, biofuel, flint other recipes and ingots to dusts, not like the purification chamber or enrichment).
-Enrichment Chamber for x2,
-Energizer Smelter at end for dusts to ingots or like a furnace would for ores to ingots or food cooking and so on (x1) basically a powered furnace. Hope this helps. If you'd like a better and hopefully not to confusing option use this link as a guide for the ore processing setup. The image or description from the wiki should be useful.
Would it be possible for you to use Forge's gas API instead of your own? That way, the Ender I/O team could re-implement their gas conduits for use with your mod. It would make it much easier to save space and hide the conduits
Hello there... I have a small suggestion about Wind Generators. In real world, wind farms are usually installed near the ocean due to the higher and more stable wind velocity. In the mod, the power generation goes up as we go higher, and this makes perfect sense, but what if the generators could also work good in ocean biomes?

Code wise & server stability/server friendly its easier to detect Y level then to scan an area for a particular biome type. What your suggesting would put a greater load on servers.
Just think - 10 x Wind Generators performing 10 checks per x ticks for biome type. Servers would soon quickly disable/remove Wind Generators very quickly.
If you are seriously insinuating that every mod should ward its content from causing lag, even when used in combination with Funky Locomotion or something like Archimedes' Ships, then I don't think you're quite aware of how unpopular that opinion is. (Among mod-developers, that is.)
Well, the best way to ward it from lag is to get the biomes on initialization of the entity. I would do that, (or at least get the biome on every time game saves and updates NBT)

Now I do have this installed along-side Industrial Craft 2, and I do have it installed to a local server as well.
This is where things get funky. The local server boots up just fine, however the client refuses to load up Mekanism at all. If I remove IC2, no change. If I remove Mekanism again, I load client fine.
Am I missing something on my client somewhere?
I've tried updating Java, that's not solving it. All mods on Client are identical to Server (except server also has SpongeForge + Sponge Plugins), so I don't know what any other funkiness it could be.
They're both fresh installs too, so it's not a configuration or anything, besides the Client should be fine just to boot regardless I would think. It's not that I can even attempt to connect to the server. That part is just wierd that the server is OK and the client isn't. They're otherwise identical...
Does anyone have any insight?
edit Uninstalling every other mod from my client still proved to have no results in launching. I'm still sadly getting the same output. :'(
This was a problem with Nvidia's currently available Graphics Driver. Simply downgrading resolved the issue. Now I'm editing this post this way for 2 reasons.
It took me forever to find much information on this, and I had to piece it together. So I'm making it nice and big with the red-flag that showed up in my Forge Log so others attempting to search/google might see this.
So anyone here who has seen, knows someone, or whatever the case is.. Knows what the issue was, and could be for themselves and how to fix it.
That links to the original ticket I had opened asking for assistance, but includes all logs I had with the problem with Minecraft, my attempts to fix it, and the solution that worked for me.
From what I understand, this isn't just a modded client issue and it can affect other games as well. So if you are, or know someone who is having problems and uses Nvidia, try downgrading.

I love your mod. :-) Especially the turbine is amazing. It allowed me to create an extremely efficient build with ExtremReactors in HermitPack.
The amount of time that you would spend getting the resources needed for that in survival you might as well just use the Fusion Reactor
Oh and by the way - the fusion reactor when water cooled, injection rate of 4 can output 150,000mb/t steam & passive generation of energy at the same time. Three times the amount of steam that you were referencing (50B/t) from Extreme Reactors.
If anyone needs help with the Induction Matrix you can watch this neat and short tutorial! Don't watch a 26 minute video just to learn about the matrix. This is all you need to know.
hey - I'm having an issue with download the latest version of the the mods
my issue with adfly - it just wont link to the download - it'll just send me to a skeezy virus website instead. I've had a poke with adfly, and they say its the advertisers they work with that are 'cheating'
might I suggest switching to a different file host? the Sphax people use adfoc.us as an alternative - it works just like adfly, but it actually works - pays for clicks just the same too

Fairly certain you need to use an Enrichment Chamber for ores.
-The Chemical Dissolution/Chemical Washer & Chemical Crystallizer for x5,

can't download any version of the mod from site. why every download site i visit broke in one way or another?
Just tested with Chrome and Firefox - was able to download without any issues.

yea, the issue was my router had a too vague of blacklist and happen to effect almost every download page in one way or another.
