I got suggestion since obviously other mods out add ores and no way you want deal or would to add them processing routine.
Is to add texture that represent the ore process that only change in name what ore it represent is, this way you can dynamically a just link to ore dictionary to use any ore add into it or have file user defined ore want add that be under texture.
It is exceedingly easy for me to add the ore processing for other ores. I only need to know the ore dictionary names for the ore blocks & ingot items, and what color to make them.

Silver Ore: Color Silver, Copper Ore: Color Orange, Tin Ore: Color Light Grey. If those 3 was to be added it would at least be usable with Metallurgy and other mods that use those 3. But if your wanting your grinder to be able to do every ore in the dictionary there is quite a list hehe. I thank you for your time ^^
@Exanadu, all of this ores are currently working without any problem (IC2 copper and tin, Forestry copper and tin, RP2 silver in 1.2.5). Even this mod silver works with IC2 glass fiber cable recipe (magic of forge ore dictionary ).
Another small bug, that I would like to report, is that when moving upgraded barrel using Portal Gun from mod with the same name, storage upgrade is duplicated (it is dropped while moving, but after placing barrel block it is still upgraded). It is not a big deal, because Portal Gun is so OP, that small duplication isn't a problem. It would be nice if mixer would accept BC liquid, using it with RP would be trivial, but neither BC, nor Forestry provide a way to automatically fill buckets, in 1.3.2 only Railcraft water/iron tanks can do it. Barrels would be more compact in sorting systems, if they could be fed from sides and not only from the top.

--- END ERROR REPORT 2f5f8f5b ----------
Very nice mod... been playing with it all night yesterday and i like it a lot.
A couple of questions / suggestions:
* sculpture table : what is it used for ?
* what to do with sludge produced in the mixer ?
* how about using other containers like Forestry cans in the mixer instead of water buckets ?
* how about integrating with Universal Electricity as your solar water turbine is real genius ?
* how about making the mod modular i.E. i can dis-/enable just the parts i want ?
Put the sludge in the mixer with a dirt block and a water bucket, and you get a clay ball.
I've also been playing with this on a server.
Is the ore processing chain supposed to be ridiculously slow? A crystallizer takes over 20 minutes to get you an extra ingot, and even a grinder by itself takes 80 seconds for 0.4 extra ingots. It doesn't feel useful at all compared to just mining for longer.
Edit: Also, this mod uses a lot more silver than some other mods like GregTech. On this server the admin disabled all but one type of each ore, including Factorization silver, so silver is quite rare. Maybe it would make sense to have a config option for whether to use the ore dictionary or not. I don't know how it compares to RP2 silver though.
Edit 2: The wiring seems very buggy. In this machine I sometimes have to break and replace the top wire or the grinder will not start: (The solar turbine has 10 mirrors, but the batteries were also fully charged when this happened. The heater was fully heated but not powering anything. You can ignore the bits that aren't from Factorization)
It's been too long. I need to write a bunch of replies, but I must put it off for tomorrow as I need to sleep.
Summary:
NEI recipe integration! Use it!
Demons are out, Inverium is in
Energy net is *much* more functional, and the machines are kinder.
You should put items in all the slots of the crystallizer to crystallize more at once
Added notification system, is totally sweet
Fixed MC's skippable early achievements blocking the other ones
0.6.6 -- Buffed!
The grinder is 60% faster
The angular saw now has infinite use, and works on stone & glass.
Since neither Notch nor nobody check isAirBlock, the wrath now lamp lights up 3 blocks away from the floor. (But it will light up at least 1, so you may need to raise them off the floor if there are problems.) This should help with most forestry farms and the railcraft Tunnel Boring Machine.
0.6.5
Crystallizer inverium recipes actually work now.
fixed BoH bug
0.6.4
Fixed barrel enlargement recipe
crafting machines emit a redstone signal
craftpacket maker now has a dedicated slot for paper, and can no longer store infinite paper. Other paper-based products can no longer be used to make packets.
0.6.2
Processing silver ore will now give you both silver and iron ingots. Any dirty lead gravel and clean lead chunks will no longer be usable.
The extra slots in the crystallizer are now useful: If you place extra stacks of the material in them, they will be crystallized together.
There are now NEI recipe handlers for all ore processing equipment. Clicking on the progress arrow in the GUI will show you all the recipes for that machine.
Grinding is faster.
Added in-world notification system; it's not quite perfect.
Fixed problem placing certain items related to forge update.
The proper battery now shows up in NEI.
Using forge 298
Battery discharging recipe
This file is now in the Factorization jar.
0.6.1 Using forge 272
0.6.0
Grinder recipe no longer uses dark iron.
Excorsized demons in favor of Inverium.
Rewrote the energy net. 3rd time's the charm?
please make it configurable via config file as in enabling us to diable certain aspects of the mod. i'd like the barrels, sorting system and lamps only
Silver Ore: Color Silver, Copper Ore: Color Orange, Tin Ore: Color Light Grey. If those 3 was to be added it would at least be usable with Metallurgy and other mods that use those 3. But if your wanting your grinder to be able to do every ore in the dictionary there is quite a list hehe. I thank you for your time ^^
That is not actually the information I asked for. However I already added them a while ago, so this is not a problem.
so i tried to make a generator factory(i know i could just use autocrafting tables, but i love the craftpacket machines) and when i put a copperwire craftpacket into the stamper i crashed
Thank you for the error report. I've fixed the bug!
How exactly can the angular saw be used? I couldn't find any battery apart from the block. And it didn't work.
And was wondering whether the sculpting tool has been implemented yet? I couldn't get it to work either.
Battery blocks in your inventory are equivalent to the energy storage items found in other mods. The saw might not work if you've spawned in the battery; try placing and removing it. The sculpting tools are quite implemented. The other sculpting stuff is unfinished tho.
[....] Barrels would be more compact in sorting systems, if they could be fed from sides and not only from the top.
I've got the portal gun thing fixed now. I will not be making barrels accessible from the sides.
Not really knowing anything about texture packs (particularly HD ones), I think you'd put that in the texture pack zip as factorization/texture/items.png
Very nice mod... been playing with it all night yesterday and i like it a lot.
A couple of questions / suggestions:
* sculpture table : what is it used for ?
* what to do with sludge produced in the mixer ?
[...]
* how about integrating with Universal Electricity as your solar water turbine is real genius ?
* The sculpture table is used for making sculptures. It's still WIP.
* As someone else answered above: sludge, dirt, and water buckets in a mixer make clay balls.
* Well... I did make it. I might work with another electricity API some day. Right now I'm keeping my options open.
[...] It would be nice if mixer would accept BC liquid, using it with RP would be trivial, but neither BC, nor Forestry provide a way to automatically fill buckets, in 1.3.2 only Railcraft water/iron tanks can do it. [...]
Being able to pipe in liquid would make it way too easy I think. We'll see.
Is the ore processing chain supposed to be ridiculously slow? A crystallizer takes over 20 minutes to get you an extra ingot, and even a grinder by itself takes 80 seconds for 0.4 extra ingots. It doesn't feel useful at all compared to just mining for longer.

The grinder now takes 15 seconds to do its thing. "Using ore dictionary" should not be a config option. Wiring works better this release.
please make it configurable via config file as in enabling us to diable certain aspects of the mod. i'd like the barrels, sorting system and lamps only
I'm afraid I'd mess something up if I did that. I can barely keep on top of what I've got already.
but not metallurgy's that is what i was reporting. i want to disable this mods silver and only use metallurgy's but cant do that since it doesn't work . thats what im saying
If disabling silver ore in the config file does not work, then post your config file in a spoiler along with the world's seed, coords where the silver can be found, and a list of installed mods.
Hey, just a quick question, any chance you could add your silver ore to the minecraft forge ore dictionary so that it can be used in RP2 recipes (When it does come out) and the IC2 Macerator? I believe it's actually quite simple especially since you've already written the mod itself w/ forge anyways
I am aware of the issue with macerators. I have no idea why it doesn't work. My investigation into this is ongoing.
Found the problem, it's on metallurgy's side.
So, what is our problem?
Is to add texture that represent the ore process that only change in name what ore it represent is, this way you can dynamically a just link to ore dictionary to use any ore add into it or have file user defined ore want add that be under texture.
Maybe. What mod pack is this? Who is it for?
Silver Ore: Color Silver, Copper Ore: Color Orange, Tin Ore: Color Light Grey. If those 3 was to be added it would at least be usable with Metallurgy and other mods that use those 3. But if your wanting your grinder to be able to do every ore in the dictionary there is quite a list hehe. I thank you for your time ^^
Vanilla dispenser can fill buckets as of 1.3.

0.6.1
Using forge 2720.6.0
Grinder recipe no longer uses dark iron.
Excorsized demons in favor of Inverium.
Rewrote the energy net. 3rd time's the charm?
Check out my Let's Play Series:
The grinder can grind gravel into sand.
The changelog can now be found in Factorization.jar.
That is not actually the information I asked for. However I already added them a while ago, so this is not a problem.
Thank you for the error report. I've fixed the bug!
Battery blocks in your inventory are equivalent to the energy storage items found in other mods. The saw might not work if you've spawned in the battery; try placing and removing it. The sculpting tools are quite implemented. The other sculpting stuff is unfinished tho.
I've got the portal gun thing fixed now. I will not be making barrels accessible from the sides.
Not really knowing anything about texture packs (particularly HD ones), I think you'd put that in the texture pack zip as factorization/texture/items.png
* The sculpture table is used for making sculptures. It's still WIP.
* As someone else answered above: sludge, dirt, and water buckets in a mixer make clay balls.
* Well... I did make it. I might work with another electricity API some day. Right now I'm keeping my options open.
Being able to pipe in liquid would make it way too easy I think. We'll see.
The grinder now takes 15 seconds to do its thing. "Using ore dictionary" should not be a config option. Wiring works better this release.
I'm afraid I'd mess something up if I did that. I can barely keep on top of what I've got already.
If disabling silver ore in the config file does not work, then post your config file in a spoiler along with the world's seed, coords where the silver can be found, and a list of installed mods.
I am aware of the issue with macerators. I have no idea why it doesn't work. My investigation into this is ongoing.
So far.
May I suggest an electric slag furnace?Just figured out that that is what the heater is for
