If you actually read the post, I put a string of numbers that you are supposed to add to the end of a line in a configuration file for the Dynamic Lights mod. If you don't understand this, I hope you enjoy the darkness.

I have deleted your pack, and the textures have re-appeared normally. Although i now have a uncomfortable lack of guns D: .I'm going to try the new version of the pack, it may be fixed.

+Added all variants of the R870MCS, which was simplified into 4 versions:
Iron sights/Buckshot
Holographic Sight/Flechette
ACOG/Slugs
Reflex/Frags
The R870MCS frag rounds was a difficult gun to balance. I set it to a base damage of 0 and an explosion size of 1. If you manage to score a direct hit with the frag round, you will send your enemy flying into the air due to the explosion. If the initial damage of the explosion does not kill your enemy, then the fall damage WILL kill him, assuming he is unarmored. Thus, I set the fuse (range) to a low number, which was 12 meters, and I set the R870MCS Frag gun's accuracy to a very high number (very inaccurate). IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

It doesnt matter what mods I use for flan's mod, the guns never shoot. I reïnstalled flan's mod 2x and in 2 different ways (putting it in the mod folder and putting it in the minecraft.jar) Can any1 help me?

3. it should say that Windows doesnt know what to open it with
4. open it with NOTEPAD (or another PLAIN TEXT editor)
5. make changes!

The first image is at 4x the standard GUI resolution, while the second is at 2x the standard. I'm not going to update the Battlefield 3 Pack 2 with higher resolution iron sights, but the Battlefield 4 Pack will definitely have them, unless 3840x2160 monitors come in common use when BF4 comes out.
Earlier, I tried using a GUI overlay with a height of 1080. This didn't work (it gave me an error), so I used an overlay with a height of 1024. I don't know why Flan's Mod acts this way, but whatever. The only noticeable flaw in the higher resolutions is the slight bulging of the right hood on the front sight.

Question: How does the RPM to Tick formula work? I've tried to use it for my own purposes, but I was confused by it as much as Algebra confuses the general public.
I really have no idea what I'm talking about, but this is my understanding of it:
First, you should know that Minecraft should have 20 ticks in one second.
Flan's Mod has a ShootDelay variable, so if I set it to two, the game will wait two ticks before firing again.
So, if I have a ShootDelay of two, the gun should fire 10 times per second (20 / ShootDelay = Rounds Per Second)
Now, if I multiply the result by sixty (sixty seconds in one minute), I'll get 600. Thus, 600 rounds per minute. 600 RPM is pretty slow for modern standards (I believe), but 1200 RPM is waaaaaayyyyy too fast.
