Green Stone Wire Mod for Minecraft adds new features to the game in example processing units. Green Stone can be an easier and much more powerful replacement for the Redstone. However Redstone is still fully functional, and even more it’s fully compatible with Green Stone Wire Mod.

Main difference between Green Stone and Redstone is that Redstone works in binary system (0-1), Green Stone isn’t stuck between 0 and 1. It can actually work on real numbers, but not only. It’s able to use Entities (zombies, pigs, players and so on) and actually any other advanced type of data. In Beta (version less than 1.0) you are able to use only numbers. But in the future you will be able to control zombies and much more.

Another advantage of Green Stone Wire Mod is processing unit (chips). Even in Beta there are already included about 100 of them. Logic Gates and Arithmetic functions will make your huge projects super easy. Construction that uses Redstone, will took few days to accomplish, with Green Stone it will take just few minutes.

With sort button you can easily find what you need. Easy access to trigonometric or arithmetic functions, logic gates and binary operations will make your machines work faster and need much less space. You are even able to use your system information like time and date.

Green Stone wires are best solution for many of your problems, for example Redstone wires can’t cross. Green Stone wires can cross and they are able to be placed on ceilings or walls. They can be even invisible.

How to install by VoLtage | SoLaR (I would rather recommend you to read the official tutorial, but if you don't like to read then you can watch this vid, but it might be a bit confusing [I warned you])

Hi, I have carefully followed the install instructions, but i can't get my computer to show the actual wire, i have played around with the transparency and colors, but still the wire refuses to show.

I would be extremely grateful if you could help,
Thanks,

For everyone:
this topic is recreated so if you said something on the last one(bug reports, anything)then repost it here, as i probably wasn't able to read it. Or if I missed something on the todo(fixes) list also let me know

Ok let me know what mods are you using if for example Optifine then it's caused by this (i will work on that, it's not bug in mod, but compatibility issue) and remeber you need to install it in jar.

This mod look really impressive, you did a great job here. I'm really looking forward for the next version to see all the cool stuff you planned.
Keep up the good work

thx new stuff will be a bit later as i'm working on the fixes and forge compatibility

you cant stop a contdown at 0. I even tried hooking up the stop command with a piece of redstone that I had hocked( ) up to the output of the timer... I tried less than, greater than, and a couple others... it never stopde at zero so I cant make a door with only a timer..... mabey an incramenter?

*edit* countdown timers cannot start one another, this makes it impossable to make a door to stay open for 5 seconds useing timers and incramenters...

Awesome mod! I just have one slight problem: The wires turn up invisible (No matter what) and all the chips are pure white. Anyone have a fix for this?

its a easy fix you have to have render distance set to normal or higher and you must have clouds on in order for the wires to show
i had the same problem and the fix was posted on the previous thread

Amazing job! Great mod! About the second tutorial map (I didn't need to do the first tutorial, I watched Direwolf's video), it needs to be more hooves on at the end. What I mean, is that it does the wiring for you at the end, but at the beginning you have to wire the stuff to go to the next thing. Otherwise, the tutorial was great!

The multiply chip should have more inputs than just one, maybe 8?

EDIT: Bug found: When I remove a wire, it's removed (it no longer functions), but the wire is still visible.

EDIT: BTW, I registered an account on the wiki, do you think you could give me edit permission so I can help you document all the features of the mod? If so, that would be great!

well I usually can install my own mods manually without any problems, and if i do run into problems, I fix them rather easily, but im lost with this one. I will leave the error report. any help will be greatly appreciated.

Minecraft has stopped running because it encountered a problem.
