Introduction
Hello! Welcome to The Percy Jackson Mod thread. This mod aims to bring the world of Percy Jackson and the Greek and Roman Mythology in Minecraft. This expansion to Minecraft brings new challenging mobs, some new bosses which include some of the famous Gods, magical weapons and items which gives you the ability to cope up with the Greek and Roman Mythology world, random structures generation, new ores, quests, new armors, and what all of you players want these times, dimensions! Yes, this mod will have 2 Dimensions, the Underworld and Olympus.
This mod is ambitious, so expect a few dependencies on some mods, like the Forge API, the Dimension API, and the Quest API. And sooner in time, I may add SMP support as well.

Download
Download for V.1.1 is now up! It needs ModLoader. It has quests, but I have included the QuestAPI in the mod already.

Installation
1. Download ModLoader by Risugami. [url="http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/75440-v125-risugamis-mods-everything-updated/"]Here.[/url]
2. Open your minecraft.jar found in: C:\Users\yournamehere\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin\minecraft.jar
3. Drag all the ModLoader files into the .jar and delete the META-INF file.
4. Download The Percy Jackson Mod.
5. Drag the resources folder in the download into the .minecraft folder.
6. Copy all the contents of ThePercyJackson(V.1.1).zip to your minecraft.jar
7. Close everything and enjoy!
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Q: Minecraft crashed when I started it up!
A: Did you install the mod and ModLoader correctly? You may have forgotten to delete the META-INF folder in the minecraft.jar
Q: I’m getting an error code!
A: Post an error log please by copy pasting the error you are getting into a [code] tag in a spoiler.
Q: The ID’s are clashing with "insert mod here"
A: Unless it is a popular mod, I will not be changing the ID’s to be compatible or, some time I'll be adding a configuration file for changing the IDs.
Q: The game gets stuck when I come across some mobs!
A: Install the mod correctly. Make sure you installed the sounds correctly. The reason why this is happening is because the mod can't find the sound files to play when the mobs are near.
Q: It doesn't need AudioMod?
A: Yes! It doesn't.

Blocks

Celestial Bronze Ore - can be mined by any pickaxe but it's really hard. It's pretty common than any other ore in this mod and it glows. It can be found on levels 35 - 55 and drops Celestial Bronze ingot.

Imperial Gold ore - can be mined by any pickaxe but it's hard too (will be changed in the future). It's rare and glows and can be found on levels 25 - 35 and drops Imperial Gold ingot.

Stygian Iron Ore - can be found in the Nether (will be found on the Underworld in the future) and it glows. Pretty common there but generates on level 50 - 60. Good luck with lava. It drops Stygian Iron ingot.

Extractor - yes, MythCraft have this also, but it's purely coincidential. This block is used to extract magical items from certain blocks and items. It uses Magical Gem as a fuel.

Adonis Flower - can be found anywhere but it's less common than normal flower. I'll explain its use later.

Green Harpy - these cousins of the two kind of harpies are unlucky because they can't fly. They can be weak, but they are large in numbers.

Cyclops - they spawn at night time but they won't burn. They are not that common. They are kinda slow. They will attack anyone, including their own kind.

Hellhounds - they spawn in packs, but they are kinda rare. You can tame them! Tame them with a metal piece.
Health - untamed : 10 hearts tamed : 22 and a half hearts
Attack - untamed : 4 hearts tamed : 5 hearts
They are breedable!

Nemean Lion - very rare, and they leave a trail of fire when walking. They are immune to lava and fire. Hostile!

- looks really bad but takes a whole lot of damage for you.

Drachma
- no uses yet!
Wings
- this harpy's wing can be crafted into Winged Shoes!
Broken Wings
- this remnant of a harpy's wing can be repaired and crafted into Wings.
Greek Cloth
- remains of a fallen Greek warrior. Used to craft Greek Armor.
Roman Cloth
- remains of a fallen Roman warrior. No use at the moment
Magical Gem
- the peaceful harpies drop this for all your magical needs.
Metal Piece
- used to tame a Hellhound. Hellhounds tend to like metal. They are crafted using iron ingots.
Magical Cloth
- crafted with Greek or Roman Cloth and Magical Gem!
- used in crafting many magical items!
Nemean Claw
- claw dropped by a Nemean Lion
- can be made into Nemean Dagger

Zeus' Lightning Bolt
- The master Bolt! Unfortunately, you can only obtain this item through Creative or Too Many Items Mod.
- It spawns lightning and leaves the block on fire. In the future, it can also be used in melee combat.

Poseidon's Trident
- Ehh, same as the Lightning Bolt, you can't get this yet.
- It shoots water projectiles at enemies at a very fast velocity. If it doesn't hit an entity, it will put water there.
- Has a very long range!

Hephaestus' Hammer
- Shoots fire and set's the block where it hit on fire.
- Has long range, and if it hits a mob, it sets it on fire.
- Can easily destroy everything. Don't dig down!
- Can't get this yet though. Same as the Lightning Bolt

Gladius
- A sword that you managed to steal from a Roman Centaur. It has more durability than the Celestial one but has lower damage.

Wooden Club
- Nothing much, just a weapon of an old cyclops. Has 50 uses and 2 hearts damage.

Greek Bow
- Weapon of a drunk Centaur. It's better than the normal bow.

Spears
There are three kinds of spear, Celestial Bronze Spear, Imperial Gold Spear and Stygian Iron Spear. Here are the stats. You can throw them obviously but you lost them if it hits a mob.
Spear Total Uses Melee Damage Velocity when thrown (normal bow = 2)
Celestial Bronze 500 2 and a half hearts 2.5
Imperial Gold 600 4 and a half hearts 3
Stygian Iron 200 3 and a half hearts 4.5

Lances
Like spears, there are three kinds of lances, Celestial Bronze Lance, Imperial Gold Lance and Stygian Iron Lance. Here are the stats. You can throw them obviously. But like spears, once they hit a mob, it's lost.

Have those useless claws? Craft them into a dagger! You can throw these also in the future.

Greek Fire
- Greeks used to throw this to their enemies, and now you now how to make them! It's weaker than tnt, but it sets the block on fire before it explodes.
Nectar
- you can get this healthy drink from either an adonis flower or a narcissus flower. It heals 2 hunger and has a saturation of 4. Drink too much and you'll get poisoned.
Bottle of Nectar
- you don't want to drink nectar from your hands. Put it in a glass bottle! It heals you more but has higher chance of poisoning. Crafted using glass bottles and nectar.
Ambrosia
- heals greater than nectar but can still poison you.
Ambrosia on a stick
- let's have that tasty ambrosia on a stick! Crafted by using 3 ambrosia and a stick. Heals more but has higher chance of poisoning.

Winged Shoes
- now, you can take on those pesky little Harpies. Craft them using leather, wings, and a magical cloth.
Structure Generations

Greek Temple
- right now, they are just decorations to the world. In the future, you can get quests from NPC that spawns there.
Arched Dome
- These structures spawn randomly on plains and hills. In the center, there is a spawner. Destroy that and Hercules will spawn.
Roman Camp
- A camp where Romans spawn. In the future, many kinds of Romans will spawn there. There will be quests also.

Quests!
Currently, there are 2 quests in the Mod.

Hercules
- NEVER attack him. He's strong. Right click him to accept some of his Quests. These are:
Kill 5 Red Harpies!
Reward : 20 Greek Fire
Kill the Nemean Lion
Reward : Winged Boots, 2 Imperial Lance

Right clicking an NPC
- you have to right click an NPC who offers quests. Pick your desired quest and then click get quest.

Performing the tasks of the quest
- after acquiring a quest, you have to do them obviously. There is a quest HUD on the left of the screen to show your progress.

Finishing your quest
- after doing all the things in the quest, go back to the NPC and click Complete Quest. Then you should get your reward!
The Mythological Book of Quests
- after sometime, I will add more quests and you will be filled up. Use this book and click the track button to bring up your selected quest to the top of the list of quests on the HUD.
Epic Battles with the Greeks and Romans
- in this version, I have added Greek Spawner and Roman Spawner that will keep on spawning those two mobs unless you destroyed the block. With these you can perform epic war against the two sides by placing them on the ground. They will know who to attack then. Greek Centaur are the allies of the Greeks and the Roman centaurs are the allies of the Romans. It's obvious really. You could also add in some Cyclops on the center in which the both sides will kill. Have a nice war! If you are awesome enough to do a video featuring a war between both sides, then thanks!

In ths OP, Stygian Ore has no purpose yet sadly, but hopefully he will add some purpose!
There are wings, and winged boots, both belonging to Hermes. But I like the idea of adding some items/weapons for all the other gods. You can find some stuff on the Wikipedia page - Twelve Olympians.
They are Harpies and they fly because the have wings. They are hard to kill, because of that. But the reward is very good! Then you can craft the Winged Shoes.
