Decompiling mod_StoneArmor.class, I see where you set the init ID for the blocks (and items), but I don't see where you referenced the config file to check for changed IDs. So, that's why even if I change the block IDs, the are still listed the same in game.
huh? did you check changing the config file for the rainbowblockid? I had to change several other IDs, it seems only that one is the problem (which means your mod is still using that ID internally and not looking at the config file).

2. What is the difference between the Warhammer, Longsword, Mace, and Scimitar? I assume the Battleaxe is the Axe replacement and not an actual weapon?

Obsidian Pickaxe should be a bit shorter than the diamond pickaxe
The Longsword Mace and Scimitar all just have minor damage differences. (Based on amount of Ingots) Battleaxe is a weapon, but can also cut trees
WarHammer does more damage but does not last as long.

yes i deleted meta.inf and installed mod loader too and still didn't work
It should work perfectly fine, considering the mod review Lucario and I did was on 1.2.4... Hmm curious.
