Hey! Im running on a mac and when i open the config file i get a bunch of weird letters and numbers. Wich is because a .CFG file is not supported for me. Do you know how i could edit the config file?
Are you sure you are looking at mod_ArmorStatusHUD.cfg and not armor.cfg? I'm led to understand there is some other mod that creates an armor.cfg file that is really a binary, which would show up as seemingly random symbols when viewed in a text editor. The config file for ArmorStatusHUD is just text.
Whenever i change the placement for the armor status hud to the bottom right, then when i close minecraft and reopen it, it goes back to the bottom left corner when i just changed it to the bottom right. Am i doing something wrong here?

Eh, you can. Open the config file (.minecraft/config/mod_ArmorStatusHUD.cfg) and edit the alignMode setting. The valid alignment strings can also be found in that file.
Is that how you fix the problem when it changes alignment by its own?
That's apparently a ModLoader issue with how MLProps are handled, but Risugami tells me that no one has figured out what causes it or definitively how to fix it. Try reinstalling ModLoader in a fresh MC jar file and hope for the best.
