The last one is a "Jack of all trades, master of none" idea, you get the all the basic skills but weaker and you get none of the specials.
It works standalone, just make the change in the config file.
This mod is wonderful. Everything feels pretty balanced, and it makes it hard to choose which pony type to be. XD
I'd like to see the things Seiseki mentioned too, along with a cloud block that let's you put other things on top of them perhaps? I love the idea of having a cloud house, but it'd be hard to pull off if you can't have storage chests, furnaces, crafting tables, etc. Maybe you could even add cloud variants of the important blocks? That'd be pretty nice.
And Seiseki, have you tried rearranging the mods in MCPatcher? Sometimes ordering them different will get them to work. And apparently, MCPatcher seems to cause conflicts of it's own when it adds mods, though I'm not 100% if that's true. If you really get desperate, try using Optifine + Magic Launcher for HD patching, and the similar mod patching like MCPatcher does. I use them, and this mod works along side the many, many mods I have. XD
Have you tried using the non-modloader version of Mine Little Pony? Not sure if that'd be the problem, but I'm using the non version, so that's all I can base that on. XD
I'd say give that a shot, as the modloader version may still have a forge conflict.
Edit: In fact, I'm very positive that the Modloader version has compatibility issues with Forge, as the forum says so. XD It says to use the other if you want to have a "super compatible install".
Hm... I'm running out of ideas on how to fix it. XD
The only other things I can think of is to double check that all the mods are their current versions, that you install them on a completely fresh jar (and make sure there's only one jar), then try the order:
ModLoader, ModLoader MP, Forge, Mine Little Pony, and then Base Edits Client.
Then make sure that the PixelPowers mod is actually in the mods folder. If it breaks again, then I'll be stumped. I would recommend using Optifine + Magic Launcher again, but I don't even know if they would fix your problem. :/
Glad I could help you out! Whenever I start having problems with my mods, I just save my saves and texture packs, and delete the whole .minecraft folder to start fresh. XD I'd just be a little careful with HD patching, as I think the general rule is to patch first, then install if you're gonna do it manually (Though, that's really only for MCPatcher. Optifine does it differently, as in doesn't patch anything).
I agree that having an option to turn off the text would be great, and the possible double jump to fly, though I'll probably start to get used to the current setup just fine. I also think having more unique cloud blocks will be interesting too, but the only thing I really care about is being able to do normal Minecraft stuff up in my cloud house.
Can't fly for some reason in survival. I am Rainbow Dash and I have the Mine Little Pony mod.
EDIT: I am using Modloader, ModloaderMP, Forge, EE 2, Mine Little Pony and your mod. This happens in both singleplayer and my multiplayer server.
EDIT EDIT: I don't think that it is a compatibility problem with EE 2.a I use the basic way to install mods. Input into jar/mod folder. I followed all the installations.
Are you sure you are holding the special action button when you jump? It's a little confusing at first. Hold the ` button and jump. You can also change the button in the controls menu.
Just noticed there's a way to place cloud blocks in midair, nice!
I don't really understand what the vapor is supposed to be though?
Or how it's supposed to be used. Glowing vapor for rainbows?
Would be rather awesome if the vapor was animated. Not sure if vapor that flows upwards is realistic though?
Perhaps I'm thinking more about steam/smoke.
I'm thinking they are just colorful cloud-type blocks. You use the vapor to make cloud stairs and slabs (and more clouds), but I think that's just about it. I'll be using the glowing vapor to light up my cloud house, as they are pretty much makeshift torches. I wouldn't mind seeing a subtle sparkling effect on the vapor.
Not really sure what your problem would be. The only advice I can give is to start with a completely fresh jar or .minecraft folder, make sure everything is up to date, and try only using the necessary mods first, then add any others after if you get it to work. And make sure your skin is correct, though I doubt it's the skin giving you troubles, as I'm sure that's working just fine. XD
Edit: And do what Seiseki said below too. I forgot to mention that. Heh. Sometimes keybind conflicts will break something like that.

It lands me right after I start flying!
Hm. That's strange. The only time that happens to me is when I accidentally hit the button and space bar once too many, as hitting both of those buttons again will make you stop flying.
Maybe, somehow one of the button gets pressed twice repeatedly before you let go? I would hold down the ` key first, then push the space bar once, and let both keys go.
I just have to post my few suggestions of stuff you could add:
- Hay blocks.
- More food sources.
- Poison joke flower.
- Find gems/ores spell
- Teleport others

I was thinking for straw roofs, if it's like cake it will be too easy to accidentally eat the roof of your house..

EDIT: Okay I played for a while and cant see myself coming back. I completely love the idea behind the mod and what the mod adds, however I never really liked mods that dont let you access all areas of them. And I really dont want to change from my Vinyl Scratch (or DJ Pon-3 as you might know her) just to be able to fly.
Dont get me wrong, the mods perfect. Just not something I'd use in day-to-day minecraft.
The only thing I have to complain about with this mod would be:
When flying, descending completely stops you, and moves you down very slowly. Shouldn't it be more of a gradual process like ascending is?
Unless somethings just up with my game.

I love those blocks. Very fancy and interesting. Probably should be colored a little more like clouds, but you did say you quickly threw it together. I love them either way.
I wouldn't know how to go about the ore finding spell, but there are a few mods out there that can find any kind of ore. Maybe you can look at them and get some inspiration? You'd probably have to do something that isn't totally like the show, since that may be extremely hard! Maybe you can implement something like Finder Compass?
I love you, worked great and currently playing around in the clouds.
...I'm not sure if I want to come back down though.
I also love the use of the Enderman warping sound. Though... if possible could you make it possible to bind a "warp X blocks in X direction" to make it more useful outside of a simple recall type of spell? I'm afraid I don't know modding, so I may be blind to the limits.

EDIT: Okay I played for a while and cant see myself coming back. I completely love the idea behind the mod and what the mod adds, however I never really liked mods that dont let you access all areas of them. And I really dont want to change from my Vinyl Scratch (or DJ Pon-3 as you might know her) just to be able to fly.
Dont get me wrong, the mods perfect. Just not something I'd use in day-to-day minecraft.
Keep up the great work though.

When flying, descending completely stops you, and moves you down very slowly. Shouldn't it be more of a gradual process like ascending is?
Unless somethings just up with my game.
I love those blocks. Very fancy and interesting. Probably should be colored a little more like clouds, but you did say you quickly threw it together. I love them either way.
I wouldn't know how to go about the ore finding spell, but there are a few mods out there that can find any kind of ore. Maybe you can look at them and get some inspiration? You'd probably have to do something that isn't totally like the show, since that may be extremely hard! Maybe you can implement something like Finder Compass?

I also love the use of the Enderman warping sound. Though... if possible could you make it possible to bind a "warp X blocks in X direction" to make it more useful outside of a simple recall type of spell? I'm afraid I don't know modding, so I may be blind to the limits.
