The text in the little boxes is just gibberish. It has no correlation to the enchantment you get whatsoever.

You can find how to get those in English without mods, just look on youtube. BTW wrong section!

I dont know of a mod but I do know that the language is standard galactic alphabet. A letter for letter translation is on the Minecraft wiki under the enchantments article :wink.gif:
