Sorry for so many questions, but not using a budget being that I can't afford anything at the moment, What would be a good computer+card if I were to get one? I just want something that will play this smoothly, although I don't think I'll be able to afford that in the near future.

I downloaded the 1.7.2 version, even the 1.7.10 and both still don't work. Nor a different shaders made for weaker computers, which hypothetically could be my case, seems to crash. I suppose it's not the computer's quality, then.
A week ago, I was getting about 70fps with SEUS Ultra 10.2 shaders. I start up MC today and my FPS won't go above 20fps. My GPU/CPU temps are normal and aren't being throttled. I updated Forge and the Shader Mod but it didn't help. The game output log is being spammed with:

I haven't touched MC at all (no new mods, no new resource packs, etc) and all my other games run the same. When I disable the shader pack, my fps returns to normal (~200). Running vanilla 1.7.10 with optifine I get ~200fps.

Seus is not compatible with Intel Graphics. If you have something else like AMD or Nvidia go into the Control Panel > 3D settings and change preferred graphics to it globally (or at least with minecraft.exe, java.exe, javaw.exe)

The reason why Intel HD Graphics do not work with SEUS and 99% of all shader-packs:
Intel HD Graphics is not designed for modern high-end games because it is "Not" a Graphics Card, it is an "iGPU". This means it's a small part of your Processor/CPU that just "Acts" like, or "Pretends" to be a Graphics Card.
Shaders are "Very" demanding, they need a lot of graphical horse power to run them. Intel HD is very weak, not to mention having many issues due to it's buggy drivers and Intel's refusal to conform with industry standards. It's designed to give you enough graphical power to watch a movie, YouTube video or play a basic game, not for running extremely complex, demanding and dynamic graphical applications, like shaders.
The lines I'm trying to edit to remove waving grass shadows are below. When I put // in front, it disables the grass shadows, however it then affects all shadows making them glitch out and jump everywhere. Any ideas?
SEUS Standard is 5 times more demanding than Lite, maybe more. Ultra is even more heavy and there are still many features that can be enabled after that to make it Super Ultra.
A GTX 650 is normally recommended as the "Minimum" card to run SEUS Ultra at 1080p with just barely playable framerates. Your card is, I mean no disrespect, but pretty old now in computing years, unfortunately it isn't powerful enough to run high-end games or graphical applications like shaders, sorry.
You "Might" get SEUS Standard to physically run if you have a low enough monitor resolution or render distance, but it will run very very poorly, probably get 1-10 fps, it will look like a picture slideshow.

Ok, as with any bug report no one can help without knowing what you are working with, meaning: What version of Minecraft, Shader Core and SEUS you are using. Plus and most importantly your PC specs, Graphics Card model and Driver version.
To find your specs:
Click Windows Start Button.
Type "Device Manager", then click on that the icon.
Now click "Display Adapters", this will give you your GPU model (Graphics Card).
Now right click on your graphics card model and left click "Properties".
Finally click on "Drivers" at the top, this will give you your Driver version.

Hello, im making texture and i notice 2 problem while doing Normal map :
The grass_side_overlay_n.png seem to... Overlay on dirt grass.
And if that one created this problem its probably like this for all overlay texture =/
If i remove the normal map of the overlay grass i will have a perfect mirror of reflection of course =/
I don't see any solution on my side... (?)

Seus is not compatible with Intel Graphics. If you have something else like AMD or Nvidia go into the Control Panel > 3D settings and change preferred graphics to it globally (or at least with minecraft.exe, java.exe, javaw.exe)

The reason why Intel HD Graphics do not work with SEUS and 99% of all shader-packs:
Intel HD Graphics is not designed for modern high-end games because it is "Not" a Graphics Card, it is an "iGPU". This means it's a small part of your Processor/CPU that just "Acts" like, or "Pretends" to be a Graphics Card.
Shaders are "Very" demanding, they need a lot of graphical horse power to run them. Intel HD is very weak, not to mention having many issues due to it's buggy drivers and Intel's refusal to conform with industry standards. It's designed to give you enough graphical power to watch a movie, YouTube video or play a basic game, not for running extremely complex, demanding and dynamic graphical applications, like shaders.
The lines I'm trying to edit to remove waving grass shadows are below. When I put // in front, it disables the grass shadows, however it then affects all shadows making them glitch out and jump everywhere. Any ideas?

SEUS Standard is 5 times more demanding than Lite, maybe more. Ultra is even more heavy and there are still many features that can be enabled after that to make it Super Ultra.
A GTX 650 is normally recommended as the "Minimum" card to run SEUS Ultra at 1080p with just barely playable framerates. Your card is, I mean no disrespect, but pretty old now in computing years, unfortunately it isn't powerful enough to run high-end games or graphical applications like shaders, sorry.
You "Might" get SEUS Standard to physically run if you have a low enough monitor resolution or render distance, but it will run very very poorly, probably get 1-10 fps, it will look like a picture slideshow.
You could try updating your Nvidia driver if you haven't already, this might give a small boost in fps. This is the latest version: http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/77224/en-us

And if that one created this problem its probably like this for all overlay texture =/
If i remove the normal map of the overlay grass i will have a perfect mirror of reflection of course =/

- It seem to double the texture in a wierd way
- I can see edges of the bloc, i put a red arrow on my picture, its not a good picture to show this problem but u get the point.
