I found a run-time error that crashes the game for CodeChickenCore 0.6.6.1 and NEI 1.4.1.2. Whenever an item that has no recipe (i.e. Redstone ore, IC2 scrap, Oak wood) is used in the recipe for another item, shift-clicking on that item while in recipe mode will produce the following crash log.

Not particularly major, the worlds are not corrupted or anything, and it doesn't happen frequently as I just happened to stumble upon it while randomly hitting buttons in recipe mode, but hopefully there is an easy fix for this. Thank you for your time.
I keep getting this error message when I try to open my inventory with NEI installed.

I have a question, no, this is not a crash, nor an error.
When I install NEI in the coremods folder, when I run minecraft, it doesn't crash, but it wont show up.
I really need this to work. There shouldn't be an interference with the other mods.
But, I realized that where it said "Put the .JAR, in the coremods folder." When I download, it is a zip.
*Sorry if this sounds stupid, but seriously, I need help, I don't know why this wont work, and there is no log problems.*
PS: I found this in the Forge Log:
2012-11-06 07:41:26 [FINEST] [ForgeModLoader] All core mods are successfully located
2012-11-06 07:41:26 [FINEST] [ForgeModLoader] Discovering coremods

2012-11-06 07:41:26 [FINEST] [ForgeModLoader] Found library file asm-all-4.0.jar present and correct in lib dir
Here's the process I went through to come to this conclusion:
First I tried loading forge with Magic Launcher, and that didn't work. Then I manually installed Forge and ran Minecraft through the standard launcher and it worked perfectly. Next I tried installing Forge manually and then running Magic Launcher with no mods and it didn't work. So apparently the recent versions are incompatible with Magic Launcher, even when forge is installed manually. Please correct me if I'm wrong, it's a pain having to install everything manually.
If you must use a launcher then try MultiMC. (seriously, by hand is super easy)
Let’s play good guys against bad guys… Yes. Let’s play that. Are you ready? You’re the bad guy. And when you’re bad, you just run. That’s fine right? Well… Shall we play?
Hmmm ... 6.0.1.what, though? Wrong Forge version's my only guess for now, I regret to say. Try updating to the current recommended version.
Well, I am using 6.0.1.349 which is the lastest recommended version. I've no idea what the problem is but i had encountered the same problem when I tried to install it for 1.3.2 before 1.4 release.
I keep getting this error message when I try to open my inventory with NEI installed.

No idea what's going on, unfortunately.
I have one other guess, and it's almost certainly wrong. Perhaps some other mod is somehow blocking NEI from having all the features.

Well, as I'm NOT using any other mods, the problem is a total mystery. I think i should talk to chickenbones, how can i contact him? Does he aswers PM's? Should i use his irc channel? E-mail? Thanks, by the way, for trying so hard to help.

Personally, most of those seem a little rude. I guess we might just have to wait for CB to answer your posts?

I'm fed up with this 'clear your inventory' bug where, half the time when i shift click in delete mode, it CLEARS MY INVENTORY. this isn't new, i've complained about it before, and it continues to go unaddressed. you just cost me the only linking book to my base age, and over 400 hours of work. FIX IT. also do you have a twitter? i'm seeing @chickenbones has two tweets. not you?
I've been using NEI for a while (good job btw) and I just found your ender storage mod. Wow. Just wow. The artwork alone is just incredible. You deserve more than a diamond… Here: take a floating spinning diamond xD
Heck with it, take a diamond block or two. Or ten!

When you say you reinstalled minecraft, did you delete your entire .minecraft folder, or just reinstall the JAR?
Also try to use Forge version 6.0.1.355, I can confirm that it works without problems with it.

--- END ERROR REPORT 52ac131d ----------
Oh, and I have DivineRPGCraft installed too.

It claims it looks in the coremods, but doesn't start the mod.
Well, i tried it with no other mods and yes it's SSP. Forge version is 6.0.1 for MC 1.4.2
If you must use a launcher then try MultiMC. (seriously, by hand is super easy)
open NEI's config and look in there.
You might be thinking of a certain "glitch," which is caused by Forestry.
Read the install instructions.
Now look in .minecraft/coremods.
Now do you see what you did?
No idea what's going on, unfortunately.
I have one other guess, and it's almost certainly wrong. Perhaps some other mod is somehow blocking NEI from having all the features.
Well, as I'm NOT using any other mods, the problem is a total mystery. I think i should talk to chickenbones, how can i contact him? Does he aswers PM's? Should i use his irc channel? E-mail? Thanks, by the way, for trying so hard to help.
Personally, most of those seem a little rude. I guess we might just have to wait for CB to answer your posts?
I fixed it, had to rename the .zip to a .jar
Heck with it, take a diamond block or two. Or ten!
I made my own shader pack, by the way.
I'm getting a client-side crash when I shift-right-click into either an Ender Chest or an Ender Pouch.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Derp. Never mind. I thought I had 1.2.1.3 installed, but I didn't.
When you say you reinstalled minecraft, did you delete your entire .minecraft folder, or just reinstall the JAR?
Also try to use Forge version 6.0.1.355, I can confirm that it works without problems with it.
I would also like that config option back if at all possible, please.
