It works fine as SSP and running an open lan server in SSP.
NEI works perfectly fine in SSP for me but I'm having the invisible item bug on my server.
Basically, on load it shows everything but as soon as I switch pages or do a term search all the items in the right hand panel go invisible, I can still mouse over and see their names and even see their recipes so it's not a game-breaker but it would be nice to figure out how to fix none-the-less.
I see some other people are having the same bug I am but I'm not finding an apparent solution.
I'm having an issue where everything appears to be installed correctly. ChickenCodeCore and NEI are listed as installed and there aren't any errors. However, when i bring up the crafting table NEI doesn't appear. Can anyone helpe me with this?
referring to my previous post, is there a way to turn on some logging or debug information so i can figure out why NEI is not showing up despite it saying it's installed correctly? does NEI not support the version of forge i have maybe?
How do you install Ender Storage on 1.4.2? I have Forge and Chicken Core, but putting it into the mod folder doesn't work. Opening the jar and compressing the files into a .zip causes a crash.
I often run several different versions of Minecraft from the same .minecraft directory. I launch to them using SKMCLauncher. So, naturally, I like to have all my mods inside my minecraft.jar, rather than hanging out in folders where FML will pick them up and attempt to apply them regardless of which version of MC I'm running. Is there a way to put NEI and CCC inside the minecraft.jar?
EDIT: I should probably clarify: I'm not using SKMCLauncher to apply the mods. I'm just using it to launch to different jars in the bin folder with an STDOUT console and a larger heap size.
I generally keep my mods folder clean of everything but configuration files. All actual mods I apply to the minecraft.jar file directly. And I'm putting this in my signature so I don't have to put it in every post I make.
I'm curious what the difference is in the code chicken core downloads as one says 'download' and the other says 'source'.
Um... I'm pretty sure one is for the normal download for the mod, the other is for the source code version so you can compile it yourself/fork/fiddle/etc.

Download: Binary code that can be read by a JVM.
Source: The software sourcecode, wrapped in a JAR, which essentially is ZIP formatted. Change the file extension to .zip if you don't have the option to "Open with WinRAR" on JAR files.

Unfortunately, no. Is there a way to deal with mods in the folder "mods?" If so, perhaps bug SK to add the same option for coremods.
Let’s play good guys against bad guys… Yes. Let’s play that. Are you ready? You’re the bad guy. And when you’re bad, you just run. That’s fine right? Well… Shall we play?

I'm also using Forestry 1.6.0.0 pre5, were you able to fix it or did you just find that, if you removed forestry, the items didn't go invisible?
Thanks

Theres something wrong with the plugin

2012 Laptop I'm NOT mining from: Asus Republic of Gamers G60V - 4gb RAM - Nvidia GEForce GTX 260M - Windows 7 64 bit, 2.13 ghz processor, dual core.
Edit: OK I see it must be a new Forge feature.
Um... I'm pretty sure one is for the normal download for the mod, the other is for the source code version so you can compile it yourself/fork/fiddle/etc.
Do or do not. There is no try.

that i could figure out of my own, but with witch one? Forestry or NEI??
Seconded
after the adfly I just get 404 errors from the current host

It's a bug.
Will try to reproduce.
EDIT: It seems to be up.
Trying to figure out.
EDIT: Think it's 0.5.5.
