Tired a fresh-install.
Install in this order:
ModLoader 1.8.1
AudioMod 1.8.1
ModLoaderMP 1.8.1
MineForge 1.1.2
ShockAhPI r10

Well, it say's you don't have ModLoaderMP.
There is a mod that already does this.
