thank you very much for this unbelievable mod. So many beautiful ideas...
The wood comes to life with all these birds, bunnies and different trees. Really great mod.
Currently I'm playing this mod all the time.
Regarding the Miner's tree:
I have made some screenshots.
{pics...}
All the time the tree replaces ore with stone when he stores new ore at positions where already ore exists.
I use version v.1.18.1. of your mod and Minecraft 1.5.2. Additional I have the latest versions of Rei's Minimap, Forge, Optifine, and GraftGuide mods installed. No other mod.
Okay, I see what you mean finally, and I'll look into it. Thanks for your diligence in reporting it,
An oddity happened on my quest through the Ur-Ghast's tower. At the height limit 256 the tower cut off completely with no final boss battle, just after seeing the third Reactor. The tower just completely cuts off...is this a bug on TF's part of just vanilla generation rules?
Ugh, no, my bug. It just made the other towers too big and then ran out of room. I'll try to get that fixed.
If I want to regenerate the twilight forest, do I simply erase it's dimension folder?
yes, but you will not get a "whole new map" the TF dimension is seed dependent IIRC, so all it will do is remake the old one, but without all your changes.
I have twilight forest and mo creatures installed, and mo creatures monsters are spawning in Twilight Forest. Is there any way to prevent this? This includes werewolves and scorpions, as well as vanilla ones such as zombies
Ah, well I can't stop generation by other mods. But I do have some degree of control over the dungeon generation.
And I do appreciate Minecraft's freedom to let things run together, all the little imperfections. I think it leads to a more interesting experience. I could talk about it at length, but I'd better not.
I don't mind imperfections... it's the completely illogical things that bother me... but, really, this is a discussion for another time/thread.

I'm fairly sure that Mo' Creatures has biome specific controls for spawning entities. This includes vanilla mobs. It's under options.
They're ugly as heck. Twilight forest's ones are better + I don't wanna all those Mo'creatures in my Overworld.
Question: Why do you want to tame these creatures so much? Is it so you can move them around more easily, so you could therefore have them at a base or on the overworld? There are easier ways of doing this: safari ball (mod), soul shards + soul cages (mod), and the like. What other benefit does 'taming' them do?

They won't try to escape if I order them to stay. And I won't have to grab them or push them around if they'll follow me.

There may be larger bosses later, but the Knight Phantoms right now are more like lich-sized.
Thanks for the report. That's a bug in my wood root code causing that. I should have it fixed in the next version.
Is it public or private?
Also, about Hexxit, I'm here to ask Benimatic something. Does the Hexxit pack have perms? I'm just curious.
Thanks!

you can shut the rest off.
Uploaded 1.18.2 containing a lot of changes/additions to the dark forest strongholds, as well as plenty of other bug fixes.
Now to get updating to Minecraft 1.6!

There are two lines for the hydra, since it it made up of two different types of creatures.
Both of those are for the hydra monster.
That's the hydra trophy.
Okay, I was having a little trouble making a test case for this one, but I think I fixed this for 1.18.2.

I'm not seeing anything in the changelog about changes to my want-to-be-favorite thing: the sorting tree.
Help!
what is your problem? pics don't show enough.
Some items of this fashion have image objects from other mods in particular Millenaire and IC2
If you check your ForgeModloader-client-0.log file, you'll probably see some CONFLICT lines and "XXX overwrote item YYY" stuff.
How to solve it?
