Hello, I am currently playing this mod and I have it downloaded for 1.12.2 but any time I get to where I have a diamond and drop it into the 2x2 water with flowers surrounding, nothing happens. I just pick up my diamond from the water. I am not sure if I installed it wrong or not, but I'd like it if someone could assist me with this. Thanks!

Which modpack? Portal creation may have been turned off in the configs for the modpack.
In older versions there was a command you could use for single player in peaceful mode to turn off progression. I was hoping someone could tell me if that command is in 1.12.2 and what it is. thanks!

If I'm not mistaken it should be "/gamerule TFEnforcedProgression false", and it works in all difficulties (not just Peaceful).
Now that's weird. It only happens with twilight forest trees? Other trees drop normally? Can't figure what would be doing that, sure sounds like an autosmelt enchantment is working somehow.

If you're playing this mod with Thaumcraft 6 also in your pack, you'll want to hang on to any Experiment 115 you find in the Ur-Ghast tower. Those are an excellent source of Vitium Essentia, having 15 per piece. The trophy has over 80 of it, though you'll likely want to hang onto it.
Last night THREE nagas spawned in my overworld base near the Twilight Forest portal. Is this supposed to happen, or is another mod messing with it? I had just added Zoo & Wild Animals and Exotic Birds. The nagas appeared while I was waiting for a phoenix to hatch.
Who is this dude? How does he look like? And who is the master? Does the cube thing shoot apocalypse cubes through that square """mouth"""? Does the Adherent ride the cube? What is he normally glued to?

Guys, I have one question. My friend and I decided to create a server with mod for the twilight forest on version 1.17.1. And when we entered another world, we got all the ingredients for the map. We open it, and there is just an empty map with a white dot on the edge. And in which direction do not move, the map still does not show up. Help, please, what to do?

We open it, and there is just an empty map with a white dot on the edge. And in which direction do not move, the map still does not show up. Help, please, what to do?
I don't know anything about the Twilight Forest but in vanilla this means you are outside of the map and have to go in the opposite direction from where the dot is (if it is on the right/eastern side you must go west). I assume the map you made is like vanilla's structure locator maps, which will typically behave the same way when first used (the area they show is far away).
What type of map did you make? Did you make it in the Twilight Forest? If you make a vanilla map in the Twilight Forest I don't think it will show anything, as Twilight Forest uses it's own special maps made with ingredients found in the Twilight Forest. I'm also pretty sure the map has to be activated in the Twilight Forest.

I'm playing RAD and I'm in the twilight forest and every tree I try to harvest turns to charcoal. Does anyone know why?

No I can punch them with empty hands and it still happens
