    EVERY SINGLE FRICKIN' TIME!!! I also noticed that when I uninstall RP, the worlds become corrupted and everytime a small screen comes up, you scroll over, SCROLL over the yes or no icon it will say 'shutting down internal server...'. Believe me I left it for 1 hour and still so.
    Is this how you put a spoiler?

    You also need to close a spoiler by using [/spoiler] at the end of the log.
    The problem is either an Item ID conflict with Factrization (as Sodisna said) or Auto assign not assigning IDs properly. Check the RP conflig to see if multiple items have the same ID. If they do, re-assign them manually to unique IDs. Otherwise, follow Sodsina's instructions.

    I can't get up the interface to change the bus id of devices on the Direwolf20 pack. I have a screwdriver in the hand and shift right click on sortrons but nothing happens. I've tried shift right click with a screwdriver on monitors, disk drives, IO extenders. I've tried disabling all the other mods. I've tried downloading and manually installing forge and redpower on vanilla Minecraft and it still does not work.
    May there be a server out there that truly stand to the spirit of vanilla Minecraft.

    I need help deciphering a crash report from one of our players.

    Context: The player was near someone's house when their game crashed. Every time they tried to log in after the initial crash, their client would crash again. I eventually logged in and teleported them away right as they attempted to log in (as they immediately crashed), and when they reconnected they were fine. Me and at least one other player were able to go near the house in question without any issue. Thoughts?

    So I'm just asking if the maker of this mod will put a setting on the volcanoes to have the default amount, a small amount, or no amount. Also add a setting to set a radius to spawn near or far from your man made areas.

    If this was implemented it would complete the mod especially by enabling use of the other features in it. Since we are playing this mod for only our pleasure, I believe there is no harm giving us control on the mod. Allowing the players to control it will make more people talk about it and download this mod and at the end of the line donate to you.

    It seems to me like the volcanoes are the biggest topic on this.. many people like them and many don't so by popular demand It would dramatically increase the download and donation rate of your mod if you added control on the volcanoes.

    This mod will be amazing with just a few settings.

    Unfortunately we are only (an unwated?) byproduct of Elo's modmaking.
    And it's the making & playing that drives the development, while public sharing was pushing against in the recent era.

    The biggest topic should be amazing contraptions, no care whether with volcanoes in the distance or without.
    Three iron ingots and two stick don't make a pickaxe.

    The design that I came up with uses no latches. At the moment, Imgur seems to be down for me, so no pics now. I will post the images for the design when it is up. For now, this is the description of how to make the lock.

    First put the pressure plates 1 block away from the door. Otherwise there is no way to lock it (unless there is a door which opens on no signal, and closes on being provided with a signal).

    Then,I connect the pressure plates on either sides (but not the door, so you will have to bring it down; I used jacketed wire). Now connect the wire to a not gate.

    I put two levers for locks on both sides of the door (again 1 block away from them) and brought the wires down as well (make sure that this wire doesn't connect to any block touching the doors. It can open them as well). I connected them to a XOR gate. This will allow me to trigger the lock from both sides of the door.

    Not I connect the output of the XOR gate (lock) to the output of the NOT gate (from the pressure plates part). I now connect this common wire to another not gate. This goes and connects to the door.

    This works as: if the output of the XOR gate is ON, it will turn the wire connected to the first NOT gate ON. The second gate will turn this signal off, and now there is no way you can change the state of the last output to on. Regardless of the signal before the first NOT gate.
    If the output of the XOR gate is OFF, the signal from the NOT gate will decide the output of the second NOT gate. (and two NOTs will give you the original signal).

    This is it. If the two levers on either side of the door are in different states, the door will be locked. Otherwise unlocked.

    Of course, if someone just dropped their own switch, the door could still be opened, so I'll probably need to move ahead to using frames or pistons to make it any more player-proof.

    I wonder whether the door could be made "reversed"?
    (Closed on 1, open on 0)
    That would make it lever-proof.

    Also: You can disable the unneeded inputs on the and gate by sneak-clicking it with a screwdriver.

    I want to pump ingots out of them. It's linked to go directly into the Ingots area of my Sorting System. It has a Timer and a lever.
    Problem is, the Filter isn't pumping the items out. Is there something else I need to make this setup work?

    You may find this hard to believe, but I care a lot more about what happens to the terrain/structures in my world than I'll ever care about any contraptions or machines a mod may add. Although the windmills and solar panels do look awesome, volcanoes in their current state completely ruin that entire part of the mod for me, and I find it astonishing how many people tell others to just "deal with it" when the subject gets brought up. Those volcanoes are such a ridiculous, over-the-top feature, that the "Mechanical" package the volcanoes come with should be renamed to "Volcano Terrain Overhaul", because it literally floods all of the terrain with them.

    All this anti-volcano talk, my goodness. :)

    Here's what you do:
    Write a mod. This mod has a config file where the user enters Basalt's Block ID. The mod then uses that info to intercept any attempts to place Basalt in the world and stops the placement. It does the same thing to prevent above ground lava from being placed. If you're really creative you can make it so that it only does it a user definable percentage of the time so that they can still have some volcanoes.

    There, a possible solution without having to peek into someone else's code. ;)
