any idea about the see through wood bocks though? so far i havent found anything. the blocks from the lighthouses are bricks and the wood is from oak trees
I'd really like to know if anyone has found a fix to this beacuse this is a really annoying part of this pack : (
I cannot change the texture pack, any time I try the screen goes to black after a few seconds of delay. I can't even change to "default". Anybody else having this issue? Also for the record, I do have OptiFine installed.
EDIT: Nevermind, was putting optifine in the Mods folder, rather than overwriting files in minecraft.jar, works now.
Does anyone have any tips to help get rid of lag? When I first downloaded the mod everything worked pretty smoothly, but as I kept playing I got more and more lag. Now the game is nearly unplayable -- especially when I'm near the Millenaire cities.
Is there any way to make the game playable again? Without getting rid of important mods like ToK or Millenaire?
(I already have OptiFine installed, and everything is set to be fast)
When I play with Glitter's original 32x32 texture pack sometime(and randomly) flowers and fruit tree fruits will be completely white. Anyway to fix this?

Do you have OptiFine installed? If you do then it might be because of one of the setting. Try changing the grass/leaves to the fancy setting. If that doesn't work than maybe you should try installing MCPatcher?
Do you guys know if the Power Converters mod is compatible with the installed Buildcraft version? Minecraft crashes and the world won't load after placing and powering an Energy Link block from Power Converters. Same thing (but different error) happens with the Oil Fabricator.

Power converters has been known to be glitchy in the past, and as for the spoilers, you spelt spoiler wrong in the tags, but you spelt it right in your sentence. nice.

I like to play FTB with some additions. Also custom modsets are awesome!
Hello, I recently tried your new update for 1.2.5 and installed Optifine. No matter what I do, the game simply refuses to run. It will start up just fine but after it's done loading a new world, the interface shows but the entire world itself is black. Shortly after it crashes.
Installed a fresh copy of Minecraft after deleting the folder and selecting "Force Update".
Extracted the AMCO file into its own folder and initiallized the installer.
Tried both the default settings as well as manually selecting the .Minecraft location.
I've also tried the original Minecraft texture pack after the installed version failed to load.
The game is up to date and the AMCO file is up to date. I've never had this problem with past AMCO installations. Something else I should note after trying again just now; My "Display Driver" reported an error saying that it simply stopped working. Could the issue be with my video card itself? It's a Radeon HD 4850 X2 2GB Crossfire.

an error report would be helpful, there's a link to an error tester on the original post. also, if you get an error report, it's the stuff inside the minecraft window, not the stuff in the console. and check the last couple of pages to see if somebody else has had the same error.

error codes mean nothing to us, you have to use the program found in the first post, get the FULL error report from IN MINECRAFT, copy that then paste it here IN A SPOILER.
Ok, I need some help. Whenever I play Minecraft with AMCO and Optifine installed, the rain looks like the default dark blue rectangles, even if I use texture packs, and I can't hear the rain sound effects.. I've only had this problem with version 3B of AMCO, and I can't think of what the problem could be. It isn't game breaker, but it really gets to me, and I really would like to fix it.
Hey why have Not Enough Items, Recipe Book, and Crafting Guide? Doesn't NEI do everything the other two can and does it better? hmmm is it because people find NEI kind of a cheat?

Are you using a hd texture pack? i dont know if mcpatcher is downloaded, try installing it yourself
