Well... for me, when I generate a new world, it won't load up. Only if I exit out of the world and head back in it works. I'm pretty sure it is Optifine's fault, because I'm having this issue since I installed the newest version...
Is Optifine Light 1.4.4 going to be out soon? It really helps my fps; it went from 20-30 to 60-70, but since it's only 1.4.2., it doesn't work with Minecraft 1.4.4.

Same. I really want Optifine Light 1.4.4 but seeing that 1.4.5 is almost out... sp614x might release OptiFine Light 1.4.5 instead when MineCraft 1.4.4 comes out... well that's what I would do...
every once in awhile il see ghose images of torch flames. they last for a split second then disapear. it only staarted after the last update for optifine.
does anyone else see this?

I've been using Forge with no issues with almost 40 mods since 1.2.5 to 1.4.0 so..I don't think it's Forge. Btw, can anyone confirm if the milk removes the poison effects in the new versions? I've been reading almos all post but didn't see anything.
I know it's Forge because that's the only flipping mod I had installed! So it has to be Forge. I tried with Magic Launcher and just plain install, and yes I deleted META-INF.

I am 100% sure you are using macros mod too, it needs the debug profiler on to work so it will keep turning it self back on.
Anyone knows what causes weird fps "stutters"? They usually happen at the same areas. Game runs at around 25-30 fps then all of the sudden the game just stutters, dropping down below 5 fps for a few seconds and goes back up to 25-30. Any way to solve this?

That's not flaming. It's called telling you optifine is an hd patcher. Flaming would be me going off my nut and saying you should learn to read the op (original post) for what thread you are posting on. And saying you are an idiot for not doing so but i'm not. So get over it. Thanks.
