OptiFine HD D3 (Ultra, Standard and Light) for Minecraft 1.4.5 are out.
What is new:
- ported to 1.4.5
- compatible with Forge #393 (without Light)
Please test and report back.
Unfortunately, the "Falling into void when creating a world" bug is still present where noted as "fixed" in the original post.
Without Optifine (pure vanilla, fresh MC install): World creation works as expected.
With Optifine (No other mods, just Optifine over top of vanilla): Creating a new world reproduces the void falling bug that lands you halfway inside the block you're supposed to spawn on.

The falling in void is fixed when loading a existing world. The bug is still present when creating a new world.
To fix it OptiFine has to change the world creation GUI, which will probably conflict with some mods.
Whats causing this problem? Sorry i don't know how to do spoiler tags DERP
To my eye, it looks like FML/Forge are trying to load 1.4.4 mods such as Rei's Minimap, Timber, Ruins, Minions and a bunch of other mods listed as 1.4.4 that are probably in your .minecraft/mods folder and currently out of date.

Ahh, I understand the dilemma. Thanks for the reply.

Can someone help me with something?I don't use any mods, but after installing Optifine, sometimes, when I try to open a door, pull a lever(and so on...),The ground becomes invisible for a few seconds or more.Whis is happening since 1.4.4.I tried updating minecraft,re-install it,update java, adjusting some setting for chunk loading, render distance, but I can't get rid of it...(sorry for my bad english)
...
This is how it should look like:

And this is how it looks after pulling a lever:
...
Disable Threaded Optimization in the graphics card control panel.
Same here, just turn render distance to normal until that's fixed.

Let’s play good guys against bad guys… Yes. Let’s play that. Are you ready? You’re the bad guy. And when you’re bad, you just run. That’s fine right? Well… Shall we play?
For some reason, minecraft keeps crashing whenever i set my render distance higher than far. It used to work perfectly fine with no lag, but now I keep getting stuttering and finally a crash. I got this crash report:

I am 100% sure you are using macros mod too, it needs the debug profiler on to work so it will keep turning it self back on.
Actually, macros mod kept crashing on me, so I uninstalled it until I could get it figured out, but liteloader is still enabled. That must be the cause, thanks!
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
I began minecraft ~July 7 2011 1.7.3 Beta
My username used to be Creative_Dalek but is now Dalek since 2/4/2015
Do you think it updates itself? Give him time man, 1.4.5 has been out how long?
The Light edition is not compatible with ModLoader, Forge, MCPatcher and so on.
